Our luxury contemporary, modern and spacious villa with pool set in private gardens. Ideally positioned to Guia and Albufeira. Furnished and equipped to the very highest standards. The villa is one of 6 and benefits from a large shared swimming pool which is fully visible from the private patio and roof terrace and fitted with a non-slip finish and a safe area for young children. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/shower room upstairs and 1 shower room downstairs, a large lounge leading to private patio with sunbeds, lounge furniture and BBQ. Access to the villa can be made through security gates leading to the underground car park which has access into the villa or through the locked walk-in gate. Just 5-10 mins drive to Gale and Castelo beaches, Algarve Shopping Centre, Salgados golf course, water and Sealife Parks, the old town with a wide choice of restaurants and bars - conveniently located for all. The villa also has a local traditional restaurant/bar within 1 minute walk away.

The villa is cool in summer and warm in the winter. Suitabile for children. There is no smoking in the villa but you are welcome to smoke on the patio or terrace. Sorry no pets.

Accessibility
The villa is well adapted for wheelchair users. With easy access into the villa and a bathroom and bedroon on the ground floor to accommodate.
Outside
There are balconies to all bedrooms and a very large roof terrace with table and 6 chairs. 2 seater and 2 armchairs. Doors from living room there is a large patio with a table, parasol and 4 chairs with 4 sun bed and gas BBQ.
From the patio to beautiful gardens with excellent large pool and shower. Double remote control gates to garage and electric entrance gate. This area is south facing and is perfect for afternoon and evening entertaining.
Coast/Beach
5-10 mins from the long sandy beach of Gale and restaurants. Just along from Gale beach is the rocky caves of Sao Rafael and Casatelo with their smaller beaches. Albufeira town with is lovely beach is 5-10 mins drive as is the new marina.
Golf
Salgados golf course is 10 mins drive. The villa is ideally located for other courses - we have details of courses and a company who can arrange everything for you in the villa
Travel
Faro airport 40 mins drive, car hire is recommended (this can be arranged from directly outside airport entrance). There is a bus that runs every 15 mins going to Albufiera. The cost of this is 1 euro, the cost of a taxi to Albufiera is 5 euros.
Distances
A bakery is just over the road from villa, small supermarket in Pateo 2 mins drive or larger one 5 mins. Largest supermarket in Algarve Shopping Centre 10 mins drive. Guia 5 mins. Albufeira 5 mins, Zoo Marine 10 mins. Large water park (Aqua Land) is 10 mins drive. Portamao 30 mins drive. Cliff Richards vineyard and villa are 5 mins drive from villa.
Further details
Excellent restaurants all within 5-10 mins from villa, locations of which are in a folder in the villa. Apart from Portuguese there are excellent Italian, Chinese and Thai restaurants nearby. Just 1 min walk from the Villa is a bar and restaurant.
Booking notes
20% deposit (non refundable) on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. £350.00 refundable breakage deposit is also required with final payment.
