The owners have taken care to provide a comfortable and natural 'feel' that suits the character of the house. Within reach is an organic farm where supplies can be purchased and a list of recommended healthy food restaurants, markets etc. is available. Quinta do Ruperto is an ideal venue for a relaxing, natural and healthy family holiday. We love it!

Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to unspoilt beaches. Reaching sand bank islands by local ferries (approx 20 minutes). Coast line has nature reserve, bird watching areas, unspoilt beaches. Walking/cycle tracks etc.

Ideal holiday for nature lovers with bird life around the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Great for families looking for 'healthy' and natural holidays and who respect the environment.
Travel
Faro airport 20 minutes. Car hire is essential.
Distances
10 minutes to Olhao or Moncarapacho (nearest village). Faro town is 20 minutes drive. Tavira is 20 minutes drive. The Spanish Border is 30 minutes drive and Seville can be reached in 2 hours.
Further details
We can recommend healthy places to eat including vegetarian or organic food supplies and great markets for fresh foods. Good, fresh traditional bread is sold locally as well as excellent local wines.
Booking notes
Bookings via email or telephone contacts please. Full payment to made 14 days before arrival date. You will be met on arrival at the Quinta by Sylvy (English speaker). A 150 euro breakage deposit is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay when the inventory is completed.
