Several golf courses very nearby and more over the bridge in Spain.

Outside
The villa has a private pool 8 x 4m and patio with sunbeds, table and chairs, gas barbecue and garden. There is also seating under the olive tree for those who like the shade.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Monte Gordo/Praia Verde are 10 minutes drive from the villa. With many restaurants and bars on the beach. Car parking.
Golf
There are two golf courses within 5 minutes drive both backed by rolling hills and overlooking the Guadiana River - the Portuguese/Spanish border. Castro Marim and the newly built Quinta do Vale. Within 15 mins drive you will find more courses i.e. Quinta da Ria, Quinta de Cima, Monte Rei, and across the bridge in Spain is the Costa Esuri Golf.
Travel
Car hire is recommended. Faro airport is an easy 40 minute drive along the A22.

Local shops and cafes 200-400m. Monte Gordo 6-7km. Castro Marim 2km. Ayamonte 4km. Villa Real de St. Antonio 4km. Faro 50km. Huelva 65km. Seville 140km.
Further details
Vila Real de Santo Antonio is situated on the mouth of the Guadiana River where it meets the Atlantic. You can enjoy a boat trip up the river to Alcoutim or take the ferry over to Ayamonte (Spain). In VRSA there are many shops and a great indoor fish/vegetable market. Monte Gordo has many bars/restaurants and Casino with evening shows for a great night out.
Booking notes
25% deposit to be paid within one week of reserving property. Remainder due six weeks prior to arriving. A 200 euros breakage deposit is also required, this will be within one week of the end of your stay.
