The House of the Whale was the first building to be registered in the conservatory of Miragaia. Miragaia located in the historic area of Porto is considered World Heritage by UNESCO. We are a new couple and have a wonderful son. We love the historic area of Porto and its history and traditions. I am an architect and I love to restore old buildings.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I love this area of Porto, it's mystical and has much story. It is an area of easy access for transport and walking and is in the historic city centre, near the river, easily reach all the monuments.
Unique benefits of the property
The house is a house typical of the area and all was reformulated, is acquaintance with the residents of that area are very nice and are accustomed to tourism. We try to give maximum comfort, so that everyone is satisfied with the stay.
