With open plan living and dining areas opening onto a spacious terrace, with access to the large roof terrace offering views to the sea and golf course. A fully equipped kitchen, and BBQ are provided for use. The lower level offers 2 spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities. Both rooms have doors which open onto the pool terrace and the villas own private pool. Golf clubs are available for use on request.

The villa is set over 3 levels, with steps to access both the upper and lower levels.
Outside
Private pool, for use by Villa only, and heated by Solar energy, at no extra cost. Three terrace areas and small garden. Several seating and eating areas.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful Praia do Centiannes is a 10 minute walk, it offers a restaurant, beach kiosk and toilet facilities. Praia do Carvalho is approx 10 mins by car. The wonderful coast line offers walkers many different routes. The Alfanzina Lighthouse is also a short walk away.
Golf
Casa Laranja is superbly situated at the rear of the 5th hole of the popular 9 hole 'Vale Do Milho' Golf Corse. There are several excellent 18 hole courses within a 10 minute drive, which include the popular Gramacho and Pinta courses, with the David Leadbetter Academy and driving range.
Special interest holidays
Ideal location for walkers and serious cyclists. There is a scuba diving centre 5 mins drive away. Tennis courts are available for hire at 'Rocha Brava' complex. There is also a tennis club approx. 10 mins away which also offers a range of fitness classes including yoga and aerobics. They charge per individual class attended. Surfing is availble on the west coast beaches, equipment hire and lessons are also available.
Travel
Fly into Faro, which is about 45 minutes drive away. Car hire is readily available at the airport. Car hire is not necessary. There is easy access to public and private transport. Lisbon is a 2 and half hour drive.
Distances
Silves is a beautiful town steeped in history and approx 20 mins drive. Carvoeiro is approx 25 minutes walk/5 mins by car. Slide and Splash water park is 15 mins drive. Zoomarine theme Park is 25 mins drive. A Zoo at Lagos is approx 45 mins drive. West coast with is beautiful landscape and beaches and surfing for the adventurous is 45min drive away, well worth a visit.

There is a supermarket 5 mins away. There are numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance offering a wide choice.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required on booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Air-conditioning, beach towels and the use of all facilities are included in the price. Pool heating at no extra cost by Solar heating. A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required at the time of full payment.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the house to use as a family holiday home. The area is great for the family and central on the Algarve, making everything easy to reach. Walking to the beach appealed, and it is one of the best beaches (in our opinion). We love the house and area so much, we moved to Portugal in 2007.
