Our spacious 3-bedroomed apartment is located in the exclusive Old Village. This first and second floor property comprises of an entrance hall, cloakroom, large living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large roof terrace. The terrace is complete with BBQ, sink, fridge and food prep area, outdoor furniture and shower, and has panoramic views over the Pinhal golf course, to the sea. The Old Village is an exclusive development of privately owned properties, built in 18th century Portuguese style, with pedestrianized cobbled streets and beautifully maintained gardens. It has several restaurants, cafes and bars, a well stocked supermarket, children's play area and 3 swimming pools each with a pool bar. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, yet within easy reach of Vilamoura marina, beach and all amenities. We believe it is the perfect base for a wonderful holiday experience.

Also shower on roof terrace.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen comprises cooker with extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
Living Rooms: The living room has a fireplace and 2 sets of French windows which give the room a light, airy feel. Comfortably seats at least 6 people, it has TV with satellite/cable (incl Sky sports), CD and DVD player.
Other: There is a separate dining area with table and 6 chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Maid service is included once a week (cleaning). Towels and bed linen provided, but not beach towels. For bookings of more than 1 week, towels and bedlinen are changed at the end of the first week. Additional maid service can be arranged at extra cost.

The apartment is in an ideal location quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and walkways, whilst within easy reach of the marina with its bars, restaurants and shops.

There is a flight of stairs leading up to the front door of the apartment, stairs to the first floor and to the roof terrace. All stairs are enclosed.

Coast/Beach
Beautiful blue flag Falesia beach is a 20 minute walk, the exclusive Nicki Beach with four poster beds and waitress service is also 20 minutes walk.

Distances
Vilamoura's fabulous marina with its designer shops, casino and lively bars and restaurants is well worth a visit by day or night and is approx 20 minutes stroll. The beautiful blue flag Falesia beach about 25 minutes walk. The fishing town of Quarteira is also about 20 minutes away, where there are daily fruit and veg, and fish markets as well as an abundance of local fish restaurants. There is an excellent waterpark close by, and 5 championship golf courses close by.

Further details
The gardens of the Old Village are beautifully maintained, and there is 24 hour security on site at all times. The 3 pools are for the exclusive use of owners and their guests, and are accessed by a swipe card, which is issued by our managing agent for a deposit of 20 Euros, refunded on return of the card at the end of your stay. Our managing agents have an office on site, to answer any queries you may have during your stay.

Booking notes
Keys can be collected from the Managing Agents office on arrival, or will be posted in advance if arrival is out of office hours. we require a £20 (refundable) key deposit.
We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, payable by cheque or bank draft and the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to departure, the full amount is payable on booking.
