A luxury first floor 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 2. The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage that allows direct access to the flat via a lift. The historic and vibrant town of Tavira is within easy walking distance. The town is a gastronomic delight with fabulous seafood and international restaurants. There are 3 championship golf courses within 10 minutes drive and other sports like tennis, watersports and fishing are easily catered for. Numerous beaches are within easy reach like Tavira island that is accessed by ferry from the town. Spain is less than 30 minutes drive away or you can catch the train and ferry to Spain. The train can also be caught to places like Lagos in the west. As Tavira is in the Ria Formosa National Park people interested in marsh/water birds are well catered for.

Linen and towels are provided including beach towels. The towels are changed once during the week and linen each week. Cleaning is done weekly. |

Notes on accommodation
With our compliments you will be provided with a welcome pack to include - bottled water, bread, butter, cheese, ham, orange juice, sugar, coffee, tea and wine. Any additional requirements can be provided for, subject to a further charge. This is a non-smoking apartment. We are sorry but we do not allow pets.
Accessibility
The first floor apartment is accessed by stairs and by lift. Because of the lift and access from the garage wheelchairs are catered for.

There are 3 championship golf courses within 10 minutes drive.

Travel
35 kilometers from Faro airport. Car hire is recommended although Tavira and beaches can be explored on foot. Trains from Tavira station reach the length of the Algarve. Lisbon is easily reached by high speed train from Faro.
Distances
Historic Tavira town centre is 5 minutes walk away. Numerous restaurants, historic buildings and one of the few working "camera obscura" in the world. An observatory is located 7 km from Tavira and has night time observations as the Tavira region is noted for its higher percentage of clear skies than other parts of the Algarve.
Booking notes
25% deposit on booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £50 breakages deposit will also be required with final payment, this will be fully refunded if there are no breakages.
Guest comments
Gorgeous contemporary flat that ticks all the boxes. It's equipped with everything you need and don't need, within easy walking distance from local shops, pizzerias and the town centre (taxi €2,20). The place is super tidy and more stylish than our €1150 a month apt in Dublin. We could have relaxed under the air conditioners forever if it wasn't for picturesque Tavira outside.
