Accessibility
The apartment, whilst over two floors, has easy, level access and could accommodate 1/2 people with limited mobility by using the sofa bed and the ground floor shower/wc facilities.

Outside dining facilities, ie tables and chairs, upstairs and down with comfortable reclining sun loungers. The complex enjoys a large heated swimming pool that we share with the other owners,there is also a children's splash pool and safe play area.
Coast/Beach
N125 gives easy access to the night life in Lagos, Portimao and Alvor, we overlook the beautiful Alvor estuary with the flamingo's and stork's to be seen there are many beautiful beaches close by. The apartment is conveniently situated 5 mins from local hypermarket and Casa Meia Praia Beach approx 10 mins. Numerous walks close by. Several world famous golf courses nearby, including International Penina and Al Palmeris. 15 minute drive to the Aqua Theme Park,

Travel
Faro airport approx 50 minutes drive. Use of a car is recommended to enable full enjoyment of the beautiful Western Algarve.
