About the owner
My partner and I live in sunny Kent. We both enjoy travelling, especially to countries that have the right combination of warm sandy beaches to laze on and activities for when we feel like being active! We both love going to Portugal as it fulfils all our holiday needs and we know that we can look forward to a relaxing break. We can offer an on site agent who will meet you and show you around the property and be in country if needed to assist.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We fell in love with the Algarve on our first visit in 2006. It was April and already really warm and sunny. We found lots of beautiful beaches, some tiny and secluded and other longer sandy stretches with their own restaurants. When we returned in 2007, we found our apartment in Armacao de Pera. We love being able to stroll down to the beach, which is only a couple of minutes walk. Armacao has the longest beach in the Algarve so there is always plenty of space. Having completed our purchase in 2008, we have returned many times. Armacao fulfils all our holiday needs: lots of great restaurants within walking distance, a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of places to visit on days that we feel like exploring.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is bright, sunny and modern. The kitchen has everything we need so we can stay in dine on the balcony. The built in barbecue on the balcony allows us to cook outdoors whilst watching the sun go down. We are lucky to have a separate shower room with its own loo as well as our en-suite bathroom so that friends can stay with us. The sofa bed in the living room makes it ideal for us to holiday with our grown up children. There is an all round view from the roof terrace.
