Standing alone on a hillside this villa provides complete privacy, whilst enjoying panoramic mountain and valley views. It has its own large swimming pool, secluded garden, built-in barbecue, leisure furniture and pool table.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms are spacious and have views to the garden. The Villa isn't hot but fans are available if required. Ideal accommodation for families and couples. Lovely rural setting, but within easy reach of places of interest, sports and beaches. Own garden makes it ideal for relaxing, with plenty of space for children to play.
There is also a pool table for those looking for some entertainment.

Outside
The villa is located in a really peaceful location and has beautiful views. The swimming pool sits at the heart of the property and is surrounded by patio leading to large lawn area and palm trees, with connecting walkways and gardens leading to the villa. Designed to give maximum privacy, the gardens offer seclusion and absolute privacy. The villa incorporates an outside BBQ are with built-in BBQ. The garden is luxuriant with bougainvillea, giant palms, and plenty of colourful plants. Swimming pool 8m x 4m. Sun loungers, dining table with chairs. The villa has strict privacy with a gate at the top of the drive way.
Coast/Beach
The are plenty of beautiful beaches on the coast of the Algarve. Silves is located in a prime spot with easy access to all of these. The closest ones are Armacao de Pera and Carvoeiro, approx 15 mins drive. But from here you can go to various other ones as the villa is accessed by 3 different directions making it easy.
Golf
Silves has its brand new golf course only 10 mins by car from the villa. Also nearby are the highly rated Vale de Pinta and Gramacho courses.
Travel
We only have one airport on the Algarve and this is located 35m away from the villa, so a car is enssential, also for the wonderful sightseeing you can do whilst on holiday.
Distances
There is plenty of day and evening entertainment for everyone. If you going as a family, couple or group of friends there are plenty of places to go.
There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 mile radius. There is one of the best fish restaurants also in Silves 'Marisqueira Rui'.
For day entertainment you can go to Zoomarine, Slide & Splash, Crazy World (mini golf and animals), Big One and many others within a short distance.
Evening entertainment is also a must in the Algarve.
