The villa is surrounded by well kept gardens with fruit and olive trees. It has a large south facing terrace which is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing by the pool.

Private swimming pool surrounded by tiled terrace. Access to pool is by steps at the corner of the pool. A pool shower in the corner of the terrace.
Hardwood dining table and chairs situated on the terrace and loungers are provided for sunbathing. Umbrellas are provided for shade.
The property is secure, bounded by wall on 3 sides with fencing at the south end. Orange, lime, lemon, fig, plum and olive trees in the well tended garden.
The villa has tiled terrace on 3 sides with traditional calcada path and driveway.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 10 minutes drive away. The resorts of Quarteria, Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo are all close by.
Golf
There are 13 golf course within 20 minutes of the property.

Villa is situated close to Loule and Almancil where there are banks, local shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Algarve Shopping Centre, 25 minutes drive, located outside Guia has a huge food hall and four cinemas. There are also many Factory Shops beside it.
Booking notes
A 20% non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking with balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit of £150 is required to cover the cost of breakages/damage, payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date and will be refunded when villa is inspected on departure.
