Located in a new urbanisation, 45 minutes drive from Faro airport, and less than 10 minutes from Lagos/Alvor/Portimao. Absolutely perfect for families looking for a mix of country, beach and town, the property is ideal for relaxing holidays, as well as for golfers as there are some of the best courses in the Algarve within a short drive. Lagos is one of the Algarves most attractive and historic towns, close to some of the best beaches on the Algarve cost, including the famous 5km long Meia Praia beach that stretches from Lagos to the Alvor estuary. There are also many more beautiful beaches to be found further down the coast. Alvor is a former fishing village with a characterful riverfront harbour. Portimao is ideal for shopping, or taking a boat trip up the coast.

Changeover day
Flexible, although we would request that the property is vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

| Living Rooms: | Large open plan reception room (with seating for 6) with TV, and dining room (seating for 8), and big sliding doors leading on to the balcony. The views from here are superb, looking out across open countryside and down to the coast. |

Towels and linen are included in the price. During a 2 week stay, towels and linen will be changed after 1 week. Additional changes can be arranged at an additional charge. Please note that towels are not to be taken to the pool area. |

Notes on accommodation
The village is very safe for children. A travel cot and high chair are available for the use of guests. Safety gates are fitted on the stairs.
Accessibility
The upstairs of the property is accessed via the front door and is on one level. The kitchen, living and dining areas, plus third bedroom and shower room are located on this level.
Stairs lead down to 2 en-suite bedrooms, which can be accessed through french doors from the small patio area.
Outside
Landscaped gardens match the interior quality of the house and are well maintained. There is a small table and two chairs on the upstairs balcony. Downstairs, there is a small patio outside the 2 bedrooms. The property is set back from the communal pool, which is currently unheated.
Coast/Beach
There are plenty of beautiful beaches and coast line to explore within a short drive. There are numerous activities, including sea kyaking, and boat trips to view the grottos and pods of dolphins which inhabit the area.
Golf
There are several courses in the vicinity, including Palmares (4km away) The Penina Golf Club, designed by Henry Cotton. Boa vista, Alto Golf, Gramacho, Salgados and Silves.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro, which is served from many UK airports. Flight times are 2 and a half to 3 hours. There are several car hire companies that operate out of Faro, as a car is essential to make the most of your stay.
Distances
Faro is 45 minute drive away, with Lagos and Alvor/Portimao being a 10 - 15 minute drive away.

A 25% deposit is required on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before date of travel. Additional £200 breakages deposit required.
