Apartment Cordelia is set in the grounds of a private estate with use of large pool and private parking. Foral is surrounded by open countryside with carob, fig, orange and lemon groves. There are nearby restaurants and bars offering fine wines and Algarvian cuisine. Faro airport is 35 minutes away and Albufeira 20 minutes by car.

Changeover day
We would prefer a changeover day as Saturday but can be flexible. We would prefer afternoon arrivals but again can be flexible.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed, small day bed. easy chair, ottoman and bedside cabinets and reading lights. Bedroom 2 has double bed, ottoman, and easy chair. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to both bedrooms which include bath, walk-in shower, bidet, WC, wash basin, overhead heating if required. Bathroom window that could be left open. |
| Kitchen: | Gas cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. |
| Utility Room: | Enclosed outside space for brush, pan and mop etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with dining chairs, table, a comfortable, settee and occasional furniture with TV / DVD and CD player. |
| Other: | Both bedrooms have private access to outside terrace from bedroom. There is a custom-built bbq, bench seating for lots of guests, tables and chairs and parasol. There is also a swing chair for three. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service midweek. Clean sheets weekly and towels changed twice weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
This apartment is most suitable for children. Parking space is just outside apartment solely for apartment use. There is also oil-filled radiators for those not liking air-conditioning.

Accessibility
There is a walk-in shower and apartment has wheelchair friendly gate and is on ground level with plenty of space all round apartment. There is shade provided by very old eucalyptus and carob trees. Just outside the apartment gate, there is private parking. and a small garden with swing and seating for private use.
Outside
There is large outside terrace around apartment with garden furniture, parasol, etc. for sunbathing, relaxing or eating alfresco. The apartment has outdoor space around it and is surrounded by patio enclosed by balustrade and gate and there are benches, table and chairs where you can just sit and take in the views of the garden, sunbathe or eat alfresco.
Coast/Beach
The popular resort town of Albufeira is just 20 minutes away by car. Gale beach is the same distance away - it is a nice sandy beach and ideal for those who like rock-climbing. There are many beaches all within 20 minutes by car. You won't go hungry or thirsty as there are many bars and restaurants and public services.
Golf
The Algarve boasts Europe's finest golf courses and they are all within 25-35 minutes away by car.
Travel
Faro airport is 35-40 minutes away by car and hiring a car is recommended as the medieval castles and towns of Silves and Paderne are worth a visit.We could arrange car hire for you if you require it.
Distances
The ancient market towns of Messines, Algoz, Paderne and Alte are approximately within a radius of 6 miles. The nightlife of Albufeira is 20 minutes away and The Algarve Shopping centre is 20 minutes away where you can buy cosmetics, perfume, the necessary wines and groceries.
Further details
The local bank is about 15 minutes away by car as well as post office and grocery stores with plenty of bars and restaurants in between. Foral is flat and many people can be seen walking daily amongst the olive, lemon, and orange groves.
