Prices are for the property per week in Euros.
Extra beds 90 euros per person per week. Baby cot is free of charge and available on request. As a company policy, during your check-in we also will ask you a deposit against damage of 600 euros. (Euro cheque or credit card). This value is refundable in the day of your check-out after our villa will be inspected.
Changeover day
Preference changeover day on Saturdays. Earliest arrival time 3pm. Latest departure time 10am.

All linen, towels and pool towels included. Daily maid service provided, bedlinen and towels are changed once per week. |

Parque da Floresta is the nearest golf course, located 12kms from 'Casa da Praia'. 18 hole Par 72.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro International Airport, around 60 minutes from 'Casa da Praia'. We can arrange special rates for car rentals (on request).
Distances
2 minutes from Martinhal Beach. 5 minutes from Sagres Village. 30 minutes from Lagos. 45 minutes from Portimao. 3 hours from Lisbon.

Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks located in Sagres Village, 5 minutes driving from 'Casa da Praia'. Lots of monuments and historic places i.e. Fortress, Cape St. Vincent and small fishing villages nearby.
Booking notes
For bookings we hereby kindly request a 40% deposit to be transferred to our Bank Account. The balance should be paid until one week before your arrival. A deposit against damage is also requested during the check-in.
