Changeover day
Saturday (mid-day) changeover is preferred but is negotiable.

Notes on accommodation
The property is in private, gated grounds and has full oil fired central heating for winter occupancy in addition to a log burning stove.
Outside
Private, kidney shaped pool approx 10 x 5m with salt water chlorination system.
Coast/Beach
Approximately 20 minutes drive to miles of superb beaches between Quinta da Lago and Albufeira - other resorts such as Olhao and Tavira are within 30 minutes.
Golf
The property is within 15 minutes drive of major golf courses including Vale de Lobo and Quinta da Lago.
Travel
The property is 20 minutes drive (13 miles) from Faro Airport. A car is recommended and car hire is easily available at reasonable rates.
Distances
The property is 5 minutes drive from the interesting market town of Loule which contains all necessary amenities including a large supermarket.
Booking notes
20% non-refundable deposit required on booking, with balance paid in full 6 weeks before departure. A £200 security and breakage deposit is also requested with payment of balance. This will be refunded (less breakages etc) within 1 week of end of booking. Payment also accepted in euros at current sterling exchange rate.
