Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. The property will be available for occupation from 3pm local time on the day of arrival. Vacating apartment on the day of departure is by 11am.

Coast/Beach
The extensive beach is 150 meters from the apartment and stretches for miles in either direction. Blue flag beach, great for swimming, clean and well maintained. Local water sports. Fishing excursions nearby. Great choice of restaurants along the promenade- only a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Golf
Various excellent golf courses 10-15 mins distance from apartment, for example: Vila Sol, Old course, Pinhal course, Laguna Course, Millennium course, Victoria Course, Vale do Lobo - Ocean course, Royal course, Pinheiros altos, Quinta do Lago and San Lorenzo.
Travel
Faro airport 20 minutes by car or Taxi. Bus station 5 minutes walk. All amenities are within walking distance, but car can be recommended if you wish to explore the Algarve.
Distances
Faro 20 minutes - great shopping center. Loulé 15 minutes - great fish a fruit market. Vilamoura 5 minutes - fabulous Marina with great night life and international restaurants. Albufeira 20 minutes - beautiful beaches.
Further details
Quarteira is renowned for reasonably priced restaurants and Algarve's biggest and most famous weekly market. A visit there on Wednesday morning, followed by a leisurely lunch at a beach side cafe, it's likely to be one of the highlights of your holiday. The beach is ideal for families. A series of breakwaters curb erosion and provides sheltered bathing. There are no steps, so it's grandparent friendly, too.
Booking notes
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total cost to guarantee your reservation. If a reservation is made less than 30 days before the accommodation period commences, payment in full must accompany the reservation form. Refundable security deposit of 200 euros is paid together with balance.
