Accessibility
One bedroom on the ground floor. No steps to front door or terraces.
Outside
The villa has a car port and driveway. There are private terraces all around the villa. There is a built in barbecue next to the kitchen with table and chairs. There is a sun bathing terrace with sunny and shady areas which leads out to the private lawned garden. Beyond this are the communal landscaped gardens with huge swimming pool and more terraces.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach of Porto do Mos with golden sand, safe swimming and gorgeous beach bars is 5 minutes by car, or a 15 minute walk. Within 10 minutes drive you've got 10 different beaches each with it's own character.
Golf
This property overlooks Boavista championship golf course, which is a well hit drive away. Plamares golf course is 10 minutes by car and Parque da Floresta 20 minutes away.
Travel
45 mins away from Faro Airport. Motorway almost all of the way. Taxi costs around €80, but you'll probably want to hire a car whilst you're here. The supermarket is 15 mins by foot. Plenty of local buses though.
Distances
Medieval city of Lagos is 5 mins by car. Loads going on here with restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, nightlife etc. Its mostly pedestrianised, so its nice and safe. Plenty of day trips around including hills of Monchique, beaches of west coast, Sagres (end of the world) Zoo Marine, Algarve shopping, Slide and Splash etc.
Booking notes
Normally its a 20% booking deposit with the balance 6 weeks before arrival. We're very flexible though.
