A 10 minute drive takes you to the popular bustling market town of Loule, an historic town full of character, with a famous market and plenty of restaurants. After entering through the electronic gates of the property, the magnificent calcada driveway leads you to the main house through cultivated gardens containing over 10 varieties of fruit and nut trees, plentiful exotic flowers and shrubs. Adjacent to the main villa are several terraced sitting areas, with shaded barbecue and dining. A large garden with children’s trampoline, sandpit and tree house follows. There is a large private 12x6m salt water filtered swimming pool with ample terracing on which to enjoy this secluded oasis. A further 2 bedroom cottage adjacent to the pool, is suitable for older children or staff (which can also be rented subject to separate agreement).

Casa Torr is set in 2 acres of cultivated gardens with its own secure and automated gate system. The stunning views across the Algarvian coastline are complimented by the tropical gardens and grassed lawns. The pool has a dedicated barbecue area and sun loungers with cushions for 8 people.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beaches all along the Algarve coast, from the popular wide soft sand beaches near Vale do Lobo, a 15 min drive from the villa to more secluded bays such as Fabrica, just east of Tavira. There are numerous restaurants and bars along the coastline, with each town having its own individual character and unique charm.
Golf
There are numerous world class golf courses within a short distance from Casa Torr: Quinta Do Lago - boasting two 18 hole European PGA Coursese, with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. Vale do Lobo - Ocean and Royal courses. Pinheiros Altos: with three contrasting nines

The villa is situated just 1km from the traditional village is Santa Barbara De Nexe. Within easy access are the bustling market towns of Loule 5km, Faro 10km and Almancil 5km where there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. Both the historic and spectacular cities of Lisbon and Seville are only 2 hours drive from the villa.

The village of Santa Barbara has a number of superb cafes and restaurants ranging from traditional Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and English. The local mini market store is well stocked and within easy within walking distance from Casa Torr. Within a 10 minute drive from the villa you will find numerous Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, Italian, French and English restaurants suiting all ranges of budget. There are several water parks close by as well as Go Karting, horse riding, sailing and fishing.
Booking notes
Bookings are to be made directly with the villa owners. A 25% deposit is required on booking, the balance payable eight (8) weeks before arrival.
Keys can be collected by arrangement once booking confirmed. A £250 breakage deposit is payable on key collection.
