The high spec interior with satellite TV and surround sound, offers a unique holiday experience in an unspoilt environment. The many local beaches, some secret sandy coves hidden at the foot of cliffs and others broad expanses of sand that seem endless, offer a range of water sports and some of the best fresh fish restaurants. Parque Da Floresta Golf Course and Spa is also only a two minute drive.

Changeover day
Changeover days can be flexible. On same day changeovers guests are required to vacate by 10am and arriving guests will be welcome after 2pm.
| Bedrooms: | 3 beautiful en-suite bedrooms all have ocean views and their own access directly to the pool terrace. Air-con for year round comfort. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have double beds and bedroom 2 is a twin room. There are 2 futon chairs that allow for 2 more guests. |
| Bathrooms: | All en-suite bathrooms have underfloor heating. En-suite 1 has a jacuzzi bath with shower and en-suites 2 and 3 have walk in showers. |
| Kitchen: | The modern high spec kitchen with space to dine, is fully equipped with integrated oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are views to the village of Salema and the ocean as well as over the pool and ground floor terraces. It also has air-con. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air-con throughout and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. There are a wide range of books and CDs hopefully with something for everyone, but if not the surround sound in the living room has a USB so you can bring your own music! A broadband connection will be available.
Outside
The Pebble Pool is 8m x 4m and south facing. It has a heater if needed. The pool terrace is 30m2 and with a 90m2 roof terrace there is no shortage of space for dining and lounging in the sunshine. There is a BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The Western Algarve has a phenomenal range of beaches, the local beach in Salema is a two minute drive, there are many secluded beaches within a 5 minute drive, and the West Coast offers some of the most dramatic beaches within only a 20 minute drive. Surfing is available at most beaches, and the restaurants and cafes specialise in local fish, which you often see being brought ashore. The many Blue Flag beaches have lifeguards.
Golf
The villa is a two minute drive to the beautiful setting of Parque Da Floresta Golf, the Western Algarve's premier golf resort. Here also is Spa Floresta. The combination of space, peace and pure luxury creates an ideal relaxing environment. It also offers fitness facilities, exclusive products, professional treatments and a tranquil ambiance.
Boavista Golf, a 20 minute drive, is an impressive 18 Hole Championship golf course designed in a way as if it has always been there, sensitively preserving, integrating and harmonising with the area's natural terrain.
The uniquely landscaped Palmares Golf is a 30 minute drive and is a jewel in the Algarves crown. The À la carte restaurant offers breathtaking views over Lagos' Meia Praia.
Travel
Faro airport is an hour and a quarter drive, and a car is best to allow you to explore this unique environment.
Distances
The village of Salema is 1.5km from the villa. The golf course is less than 1km. There is a supermarket offering a wide range of international goods and fuel less than 3km, also a shop offering basics is a 5 minute walk. The Moorish town of Lagos is 15km to the East and Sagres, the most south westerly point on mainland Europe, is 15km to the west.

Booking notes
All enquiries to owner on email below. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm this booking, with the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks before your holiday. A £200 security cheque is required with the final payment and is returned two weeks after departure.
