A very large 4 bedroom villa to sleep 8 people. Extra children are welcome - a fold out bed and travel cot are available. Fully air-conditioned and well equipped. The villa is in a quiet area yet only 10 minute walk to local shops, bars and restaurants. It is a 25 minute ride from Faro airport by transfer which can be arranged. It has a large lounge with plasma TV, Sky, and air-conditioning, dining area with music system, kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, hob and dishwasher. Utility with washing machine. 4 en-suite bedrooms with air-conditioning. 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 1 downstairs. Private pool area with sunbeds, and terrace for dining alfresco, with table and chairs. Tiled floors throughout the villa, thus keeping it cool. A wide range of towels and linen available. High chair available.

All towels and linen included (except beach towels). If staying in excess of 1 week, there will be a change of towels and linen. This can also be arranged for shorter stays at an extra cost. This also applies to an extra maid service. |

The villa is surrounded by a well maintained lawned and landscaped garden. The garden has various plants and trees. The patio area has a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The swimming pool has a shower nearby and 8 sunbeds around it. A traditional Portuguese barbecue is located in the garden area.
Coast/Beach
The Oura beach is 3/4 minutes from the villa. Fisherman's beach is a 6 minute drive away. The villa comes with a welcome book full of useful information like local amenities, attractions and information about the Algarve. Some of the most beautiful beaches can be found in the Algarve with a hire car which be arranged at a special rate with collection and drop off at the airport.
Golf
There are lots of golf courses in Portugal and details are available in the welcome book, however, golf packages can be arranged if required.
Travel
The villa is a 25 minute drive from Faro airport.
Distances
Old market square and fisherman's beach are approx 5/6 minutes drive. Albufeira town and 'the strip' is 3/4 minute drive away. Algarve shopping centre is 10 minute drive away. Theme park is a 10 minute drive away.
Further details
Local attractions include Zoo Marine theme park, crazy world, splash parks, jeep safari and many boat trips. Car hire and transfers can be arranged. A welcome pack can also be arranged to include basics like water, milk, juice bread etc. Bottled water is recommended, however, the tap water is safe for boiled, hot drinks.
Booking notes
Please email or telephone with any enquiry. There is a required 20% deposit with all bookings and the final payment must be paid 8 weeks before travel. An additional refundable security deposit of £200 is required with the final payment. This is returned after the villa is checked on your departure.
