Changeover day
We prefer Saturday or Thursday but can be flexible to suit your needs.

| Kitchen: | Open plan beautifully decorated kitchen with contemporary style units and bosch kitchen equipment. You will find everything you would expect for a home from home holiday. Balcony leading from the kitchen with patio windows. |

| Living Rooms: | Stylish living room with comfortable settee and chairs, dining table and 6 chairs. Overlooking the sea. TV, DVD with English speaking channels. There is a double bed settee. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Immaculately clean, the maid service will change your towels and bed linen on a weekly basis. Should you stay longer the maid will thoroughly clean the apartment during your second week. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned for the summer months and also has under-floor heating/heating for the milder winter evenings. There is a shared roof terrace for guests to sunbathe and enjoy the stunning views. Highchair and cot available at small extra charge.
Accessibility
The apartment has lift access and doors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. The apartment is on one floor with no stairs.
Outside
There is a balcony with access from both bedrooms, kitchen and lounge with outdoor furniture to enjoy your evening meal or just a glass of wine! A private car parking space is available for your use should you hire a car.
Coast/Beach
The beach is fabulous and suitable for children. It is blue flag rated, clean and stretches for miles. There are many sea front restaurants in both directions. There is a wide promenade for walking or cycling. You can hire sunbeds and parasols all along the beach.
Golf
The area is known for its golf and there are many wonderful world class golf courses nearby. Please ask if you need any recommendations.
Travel
Your nearest airport is at Faro. Most clients either use a taxi or hire a car - it is a short 20 minute drive from the airport.
Distances
Hire a bike, walk or drive to Vilamoura marina - it is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Val de Lobo is a walk down the coast or a short drive. Visit the town of Altes high up in the mountains for superb pottery bargains. Visit the Aqua Show Water Park great fun and just a 5 minute drive away.
Further details
However, there is plenty to do in Quarteira itself. Choose your own freshly caught fish at the famous fish market, buy your souvenirs at the weekly local market, try out great restaurants with both a Portuguese and an international flavour. Children’s play areas, supermarkets, local entertainment.
Booking notes
To guarantee your dates we require a deposit of 25% which secures your booking. Your balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date plus we request a refundable £100 security deposit.
