Bathrooms: Brand new beautifully decorated bathrooms in sea blues with clean fresh towels. Contemporary glass sinks with stunning accessories.
Adjacent to master bed - bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower, bidet and wc.
Second bathroom with shower and wc.
Kitchen: Open plan beautifully decorated kitchen with contemporary style units and bosch kitchen equipment. You will find everything you would expect for a home from home holiday. Balcony leading from the kitchen with floor to ceiling windows.
Utility Room: Drying facilities outside.
Living Rooms: Stylish living room with comfortable settee and chairs, dining table and 6 chairs. Overlooking the sea. TV, DVD with English speaking channels. There is a double bed settee. Unlimited WIFI available.
Other: Balcony for alfresco dining, sunbathing plus a Sun terrace on the top floor of the apartment block for guest use. Panoramic views exceptional - coast of Africa can be seen on a clear day.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned for the Summer months and also has under-floor heating/heating for the milder Winter evenings. As well as the balcony there is a shared roof terrace for guests to sunbathe and enjoy the stunning views. Highchair and cot available at small extra charge. Safe for storing valuables. Unlimited WIFI access.

Accessibility
The apartment has lift access and doors are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. The apartment is on one floor with no stairs.

Outside
There is a balcony with access from both bedrooms, kitchen and lounge with outdoor furniture to sunbathe, enjoy your evening meal or just a glass of wine! A private car parking space is available for your use should you hire a car.

Coast/Beach
The beach is fabulous and suitable for children. It is blue flag rated, clean and stretches for miles. There are many wonderful and reasonably priced sea front restaurants in both directions. There is a wide tree lined promenade for walking or cycling with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. You can hire sunbeds and parasols all along the beach.

Golf
The area is known for its golf and there are many world class golf courses nearby. Please ask if you need any recommendations.

Travel
Faro Airport - hire a car or take a taxi to the apartment. We provide full directions and our meet and greet service will be there on your arrival. The airport is 20 minutes away.
Quartiera has all the amenities you will need for a super holiday but if you would like to explore the area we can provide details of a reputable car hire service.

Distances
Hire a bike, walk or drive to Vilamoura marina - it is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Val de Lobo is a walk down the coast or a short drive. Visit the town of Altes high up in the mountains for superb pottery bargains. Visit the Aqua Show Water Park great fun and just a 5 minute drive away.

Further details
However, there is plenty to do in Quarteira itself. Choose your own freshly caught fish at the famous fish market, buy your souvenirs at the famous weekly local market, try out great restaurants with both a Portuguese and an international flavour. Children’s play areas, supermarkets, local entertainment.

Non refundable 25% deposit to secure booking, due within 7 days of booking form being issued. Balance 8 weeks before arrival date. A security deposit of £100 will be refunded in full once the apartment and inventory have been checked.

Your apartment is stunning - a real wow factor on arrival, what a fantastic location - we couldn't have asked for more. It is the nicest apartment on the strip, even from the outside, and we absolutely loved the area of Quarteira. We will definately be returning!

Well, just came back from a few days in Quarteira, and let me tell you that you have a great apartment there, very very good indeed. I enjoyed the apartment very much (the view is great, the location wonderful) and for sure i'll return and recommend it to everyone.

About the owner
Gary and I live in Leicestershire and have four children between us - all teenagers! We also have a Labradoodle and a Goldendoodle to complete the family. I used to run a business in Nottingham and now look after children, husband and our two properties in Portugal. We have travelled widely and never been back to the same place twice until we went to the Algarve. It has so much to offer - great food and wine, fabulous beaches, the best weather year round, lots to do for children of all ages. We have found as a holiday destination it is impossible to beat and we love going over whenever we can.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
What a fantastic apartment was all we could say when we had the opportunity to buy this apartment off plan. It was semi built so we could see its potential and were told that we could design the interior ourselves. The floor to ceiling windows showed off the sea views to perfection and we asked the builders to knock down a wall to create a more contemporary feel. We really enjoyed designing the interiors and choosing the tiles, bathrooms, kitchens and furniture ourselves. From comments our guests have made we have been successful in creating a modern but very stylish and comfortable apartment which we love staying in ourselves!

Unique benefits of the property
Delphine apartment is in the centre of the promenade overlooking the beach and so close to everything. There are no noisy bars or restaurants near us but everything is on hand for you. Great in all seasons and particularly in the winter as the resort does not close down. The apartment is set up so you have sea views from every room - like us you will be stunned as you walk in to the apartment for the first time and experience the views at first hand. The balcony is accessible from all rooms and is a great place to sit out, sunbathe or just enjoy a meal. The Portuguese familes all enjoy their evening promenade along the sea front and you can find local entertainers, stalls, music in the summer months. It is a very safe and fun environment to enjoy your holiday.
