Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.

October - April - inclusive:
20% if booking start date is less than 2 weeks away.
15% if booking start date is less than 4 weeks away.
10% if booking start date is less than 6 weeks away.
20% if the booking is longer than four weeks.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday however, alternative arrangements are possible, particularly outside the peak season, so please make the request and we will do all we can to accommodate your specific requirement.

Accommodation

Notes on accommodation
Pool heating £150 per week. All the double bedrooms are located on the ground floor with an option of an additional children's room a quality double bed settee. As a consequence, the villa is particularly child friendly and wheelchair friendly.

Outside
The swimming pool heating system includes a fitted heat retention cover. As a consequence, swimming is possible all year round. The Villa has central BBQs with all the necessary bbq equipment. Outside dining facilities are located on both the pool terrace.

Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro is a typical Portuguese fishing village which despite its growth as a holiday centre, has retained its traditional charm. The village beaches are sandy and clean and busy during the peak holiday periods. Within a 10 minute drive there is a wide choice of sandy coves along this beautiful stretch of coastline and the interesting rock formations at Algar Seco should not be missed. There is a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars and a covered market.

Golf
Portugal, and in particular, the Algarve, is renowned for its magnificent golf courses which is why it is considered a golfer's paradise. There are many courses within easy reach of Vila Marianna such as The Pinta and The Gramacho courses at neighbouring Carvoeiro. There's also the championship course of Penina just a ten minute drive away. Keen golfers' find that the location of this villa ideal to combine both a beach and golfing holiday and it also works well for partners and families who do not participate in the sport.

Special interest holidays
Diving, fishing, horse riding, paragliding, sailing, tennis, water skiing and windsurfing are all pursuits that are available in close proximity to the villa.

Booking notes
Security deposit required is 25% deposit on booking. The balance to be paid 12 weeks before arrival. A £500 villa damage security deposit is required with the final payment. Please note that the villa damage security deposit will be refunded within 24hrs of your departure providing no damage has occurred.
