Part of the private Pine Sun Park complex, the apartment is set amongst beautiful cliff top pines 19 miles / 30km west of Faro airport and just 400m from Praia da Falésia’s excellent beach. On-site there are two outdoor swimming pools, each with showers and a child’s pool, plus a small children’s playground beside a golf putting area all set in attractive landscaped gardens.

Changeover day
Change over day is Saturday with arrival after 3pm and departure at 10am on the last day. We can be flexible depending upon bookings and the time of year.

Accessibility
Access ramp to property. The property is on the raised ground floor and is easily accessible by wheel & push chairs. However, the apartment has not been specifically adapted for wheelchairs users.
Outside
The apartment has a private furnished balcony and the complex is set in landscaped gardens with 2 shared swimming pools for resident and guest use only. There is access to the roof top by lift and stairs to a large drying area with clothes lines.
Coast/Beach
The beach is approx 400m away, about a 10 minute walk. It is set below red stone cliffs topped by pine trees.
Golf
The Sheraton Hotel and its 9-hole Pine Cliffs course is 1km away and a little further is the Balaia Golf Village. Within a 15-minute drive there are the Vilamoura courses of Laguna, Millennium, Pinhal, The Old Course and Victoria. A small practice putting green is available within the apartment complex.
Special interest holidays
The apartment is adjacent to an excellent 4-lane athletics track, ideal for club or individual warm weather training. Running and walking trails used recently for the European cross country championships are freely accessible and close by within the surrounding pine groves and cliffs.
Travel
Faro airport is 19 miles / 30km east of the resort. Approximately a 30 to 40 minute drive away. Taxi and private coach transfers are available and details can be supplied on request.
Distances
Within a 5 minute walk there is a village square with a pleasant selection of bars, restaurants and a mini-supermarket.
Further details
Tennis and athletic facilities are available to hire just outside the apartment complex. If you want to explore and take in more activities, then you are just a short bus or taxi ride away from the lively resorts of Albufeira with its Old Town and Vilamoura with its attractive marina and waterfront. There are a variety of theme parks and other activities such as boat trips to go dolphin spotting and seeing the region's picturesque coastline.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required when booking, balance due 6 weeks before departure and at this point a cheque is required for £100 which is returned after the apartment has been checked subject to any losses or breakages. If the booking is within 6 weeks of departure then the total amount, including the security deposit is due immediately. All bookings subject to availability and full terms and conditions.
