Accessibility
Lift access from underground car park and front hall entrance to each apartment floor. Easy access to pool area.
Outside
Enclosed, beautifully landscaped garden and 2 swimming pool areas with lounging and showering areas, for sole use of guests. Snack bars, mini golf and kids play area across the road.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful white sandy beaches along the Algarve coast. 10 minutes walk from the apartment is Praia da Oura beach. Still within walking distance is Praia st Eulalia. Praia da Oura beach has small restaurants and bars which serve lunch. Or you could watch the sunset on the sea as you have dinner. Fisherman's beach in old town is a 10 min drive with a beautiful long white sandy beach, a beach lover's heaven.
Golf
Albufeira is the perfect location for golfers. There are over 30 golf courses in the Algarve. There are 3 golf courses located locally Balaia, which is small attractive 9 hole course with a par of 27 opened in 2001. The Pine Cliffs was founded in 1991, Par 33, the 9 holes have a fantastic cliff top location. Salgados was founded in 1994 and is situated behind the beach of Praia de Gale, it requires a technically skilled player with a Par 72. 6 courses can also be found in nearby Vilamoura which is only 13kms away.
Travel
Albufeira is approx 40km from Faro airport. Car hire is not essential but if you like exploring the Algarve, it is recommended. It is driver friendly and easy enough to get around. Vilamoura 11km, Algarve Shopping 10km, Portimao 35km. Tavira 60km. Well worth a visit for beach lovers. Lisbon 256km.
Distances
2 min walk to shops, restaurants and bars. 5 min walk to famous 'strip' where you can find the tourist train serving the whole resort. 10 min walk to nearest beach, 3km to Albufeira marina, 40km to Faro, 10 mins drive to old town the square.

This is a brand new, luxury complex ideally situated to cater for a variety of needs and tastes. The resort itself provides a range of activities that will entertain across the generations.
Booking notes
25% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking with full amount due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security cheque for £100 is required and will only be cashed if any damage is incurred. This is standard procedure. Airport transfer can be arranged
