Accessibility
This is a 3 story Villa with a private elevator for use by the Villa occupants only.
Outside
Car not essential but there is a secure indoor car parking space inside the ground floor of the villa. The Villa's large sun facing roof top terrace provides the perfect place for relaxation, sunbathing and dining. The terrace provides a panoramic view of the sea, laguna, yachts in the marina and the town centre. There are also large Terraces on the 2nd floor outside the master bedroom and a terrace outside the 1st floor living room with a large 6 person Jacuzzi. The top terrace also has outdoor dining furniture to make the most of the view and sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing.
Golf
Palmares golf course is located just 5km from Lagos town centre and boasts some of the best scenery in the Western Algarve with views of Atlantic Ocean and coastline, Lagos bay and in the other direction, the Monchique mountains. The golf course offers 18 holes with a par 71 and has a clubhouse terrace overlooking the course. Other golf courses close by includes the famous Penina championship course set in a picturesque 360 acre estate, and the Boavista championship golf course.
Travel
Lagos is under 1 hour drive from Faro airport, primarily via motorway. The apartment has secure in-door parking space for one car. Lagos has a train station which is a few minutes walking distance from the apartment. Trains run along the South coast between Faro and Lagos.
Distances
Meia Praia beach and the marina are 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Various cafes/restaurants are located along the beach as well as sun loungers, sun umbrellas, windsurfing and sailing schools. Lagos is under 1 hour drive from Faro airport or you can catch a train to just a few minutes from the apartment. The town centre is less than 15 minutes walk. The nearest supermarket is a couple of minutes by car. Numerous golf courses are accessible in under a 30 minute drive.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the remainder is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to your required arrival date, the full amount will be required upfront. In addition, a deposit of £500 / 700 euro is required along with the final payment which will be returned within 2 weeks of returning keys providing there is no damage to the property or its contents.
