Please note prices are for a week in UK pounds. For Unit 2 the price is for up to 4 sharing. For each person over 4 there will be a supplement of £75 each per week.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air-conditioned with en-suite bathroom, bath/shower over, wc bidet, hairdryer. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds and additional two single beds. Air-conditioned. Well fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven with grill, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Iron, ironing board, hoover, clothes horse. Large open dining, lounge area with large dining table and chairs, two sofas, chairs, pool table, TV with Cable TV inc, Sky news, CNN, Eurosport. Air-conditioned. Marina facing with large windows facing south with spectacular sea views. Change of towels and clean 3 times per week, linen is changed once per week. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. |

Notes on accommodation
This apartment includes slate pool table which clients are welcome to use however we do require an additional 150€ as a damage deposit.
Accessibility
We do have a lift that makes the apartment very accessable for people with mobility problems, however there are some steps that lead to/from the marina.
Outside
Outdoor swimming pool is for use by residents only and is only accessible by key holders. There are plenty of loungers and parasols around the pool. Separate ladies and mens wc and outdoor shower next to the pool.
Coast/Beach
Falesia beach is just a short walk of around 10 mins. By car just 2 mins. There is ample parking (summertime charged). The alternative marina beach is approx 10 mins walk on the east side of the marina. This is a smaller and can be busier than Falesia.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in Vilamoura. All within 10 mins drive.
Travel
Vilamoura is just 30 min drive from Faro Airport.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required on booking and balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. We require 200€ damage deposit on arrival, refunded on departure after a check has been made for damage or breakages.
