This new villa is situated in a very peaceful location on the edge of Vale da Telha with great open rural views. It is a single storey with a garden and patio at the front of the property, a rear terrace area and steps down to the pool, further patio area and garden which is predominantly south facing. The interior of the villa is finished to a high standard and all rooms have high beamed ceilings.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, subject to bookings. However, we do request that guests arrive after 4pm on the day of arrival and vacate the villa by 10am on the day of departure.

| Kitchen: | Spacious fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and four bar stools, the kitchen equipment includes electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | Large, comfortable lounge/dining area with two three seater sofas, coffee table, wood burner, satellite TV, CD music system, six seater dining table. Access to rear terrace and pool via two sets of patio doors. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Once a week and on changeover the villa is cleaned and linen/towels are changed. A more frequent service is available on request at additional cost. Please note that pool towels are NOT provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Please note that due to the open nature of the pool area and steps leading down from the rear terrace the villa is not suitable for young children or those of a frail disposition. The villa is non smoking and no pets.

Accessibility
Please note that due to the steps leading down from the rear terrace the villa is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The lounge and two of the bedrooms lead out to the rear terrace which has steps down to the private pool and patio. There is a barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and shower. A garden, which is being landscaped in April 2008, surrounds the villa.
Coast/Beach
The villa is approximately 5 minutes drive from two stunning sandy beaches, Monte Clerigo and Arrifana. Both have a selection of bars and restaurants, there is also a surf school at Arrifana.
Golf
The villa is approx 30 minutes drive from four golf courses - Penina, Palmares, Boavista and Morgado. There are a number of other courses within 45 minutes.
Travel
Situated approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive from the airport at Faro with the local town of Aljezur being a 10 minute drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Approximately 1 mile from the villa you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants of Vale da Telha. The local town of Aljezur has further shops, bars, restaurants, banks, museums and a castle. There is also a fresh food market.

25% non-returnable deposit secures booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to rental commencing.
