'Casa Arrais e Rogeiro' is a newly built holiday villa looking out to the coast of the Eastern Algarve - Tavira. This property offers year-round luxury to groups of up to 12 discerning guests, having been built to provide space, tranquillity and comfort in an area that has all the amenities you require for a comfortable holiday. Situated at the vantage point of a small incline, they have stunning views of the countryside running down to the coast and back onto a large field of wild flowers and olive trees. They are not overlooked. They can be rented separately in winter months! We have ensured that both groups can have seclusion and plenty of space. With 4 championship golf courses (Benamor, Colina Verde, Quinta de Cima and Quinta de Ria), the historic town of Tavira nearby, and easy access to beautiful beaches on a wildlife reserve, there is plenty to do. Our secure 1 acre landscaped gardens are professionally maintained and sensitively lit.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Prices based upon maximum occupancy, reduction in price considered for small groups, couples etc. A £100 per person charge is applicable for persons joining a group after a booking is made. Reservations are made by paying a non-refundable 25% deposit. The remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior to stay. Please refer to other building availability calendar for occupancy dates. Long winter lets available - price negotiable - please contact.
Changeover day
Completely flexible. We always strive to have the property ready for when you arrive. We ask kindly that you vacate by 10am & new guests check-in at 3pm. We always meet you in person & show you the property. Furthermore, we are on -hand during your stay
Notes on accommodation
All rooms come with fans and underfloor heating.
Accessibility
The downstairs bedrooms in each house have widened doors and the en-suite wet rooms, with widened doors also, have Doc M grab handles for both the WC and an assistance rail to enable movement onto a seat in the shower.
Access to both properties at the rear is by aided by ramp.
Parking is immediately outside in the case of the larger house or along a path and into the back downstairs bedroom for the smaller.
Lights switches are within reach.
Furniture well spaced apart.
Outside
Professionally maintained pool: size 10m x 5m and 1.75m at its deepest end. Gardens and pool lit by night. Large areas for sunbathing, some sheltered for seclusion. Sun loungers. Tables and chairs for outside dining by the BBQ. Electricity points. Free WiFi access.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is in Tavira, approx 10 mins drive. The coast can be viewed from the houses.
Golf
There are many top-quality golf courses in the Algarve. Many close-by in the East such as Quinta da cima, Benamor and Quinta da Lago. Vilamoura etc is only 30 minutes drive away and transfers can be easily and cheaply arranged.
Special interest holidays
Birdwatching is very popular on the nearby Ria Formosa. Furthermore, to help you relax we would e happy to arrange for our qualified visiting female massage practitioner to visit for a small charge.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro, approx 30 mins drive away.
Distances
The nearest village is Sto Estevao and is 10 mins walk or few mins drive (all countryside roads). The nearest restaurant is within this village along with several small local bars and cafes. The beautiful ancient town of Tavira is 10 minutes drive away.
Further details
There are two well stocked local supermarkets in the local village, two cafes/bars, pharmacy, cash machine, internet access and a church.
Booking notes
Reservations are made by paying a non-transferable and non-refundable 25% deposit. The remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior on the same basis. Furthermore, we will require a £200 damage deposit which will be refunded 5 days after your departure. The number of guests allowed are strictly those stated. We will meet you at the property with your keys and give you a guided tour. We are usually available throughout your stay in case you have any questions or problems.
