The apartment offers two spacious en-suite bedrooms, open-plan lounge/dining area, fully fitted kitchen and large private terrace with BBQ and outdoor eating area. Extremely well equipped, this apartment offers little extras such as Wi-Fi, full air-conditioning and a large selection of DVDs and CDs to make your holiday a special one. Centiannes beach is a 5 minute walk and offers water sports, bar/restaurant and toilet facilities. There are many bars and restaurants and mini markets within easy walking distance. Alternatively a cab into the centre of Carvoeiro is only 5 euros.

Maid service is provided twice per week. Towels and linen are provided but beach towels are not.

Accessibility
There are steps up to the apartment so would not recommend for those with mobility problems.

Outside
There is a spacious terrace with built-in BBQ, patio table and chairs and two sunbeds. The apartment overlooks tenis courts which can be rented for 8 euros per hour. The cliff top is just a two minute walk.

Coast/Beach
Centianes beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and the lovely beach offers a bar/restaurant, toilet facilities and water sports in the summer months. There are other beaches within a short distance.

Golf
There are several golf courses within a short drive of the property.

Travel
Faro is the nearest airport (45 mins) and transfers to the apartment can be arranged. A car is not necessary but if you wish to hire one, I can also recommend a local company at the airport. Taxis from the property to Carvoeiro are 5 euros.

Distances
Carvoeiro is a 5 minute drive, the water parks are also close by.

Further details
There are 6 restaurants within a 10 minute walk and plenty more in Carvoeiro. There are 3 mini markets and around 6 bars also with 10 minutes of the apartment.

20% deposit required and the balance 8 weeks before. £200 security deposit is also required which will be returned to you.
