This is a villa in a one-of-a kind location. It is located on a quiet corner in the heart of Azeitão. Villa Azeitão II has private pool and terrace paved with terracotta tiles where you can enjoy a late lunch by the pool after a warm beach day with your family and friends, or wonderful candle light dinners with day light until almost 9pm in Summer time. The beach is a 15 minute drive. Either you go to one side or another, direction Sesimbra, Arrábida or Setubal, interesting surrounds are only a 20/30-minute drive. Also nearby Portinho da Arrabida and Troia peninsula, on the coastline with the beaches to explore. Villa Azeitão II is a 300 sq. mt. villa with 2 floors of living space. The large living room has comfortable furniture, TV, DVD player, CD player, Internet, and opens onto the terrace for dining outdoors. The kitchen has all appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, disposal, and coffee maker. There is a laundry room with washer. The property has 5 bedrooms.

| Bedrooms: | Up the steps to the first floor from the hall entrance is the master bedroom suite with double bed, and on the same floor there are two other bedrooms with two single beds. On the level floor there are two other suites, each one with two single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | The first floor has two full bathroom with bath tub and the one from the suite has double sinks. On the level floor the two bathrooms just have showers. This property also has a half bath for guest use in the entrance hall. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has all appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, disposal, and coffee maker. |
| Utility Room: | There is a laundry room with washer. |
| Living Rooms: | The large living room has comfortable furniture, TV, DVD player, CD player, Internet (by request). |

Towels and linen are included and will be changed once a week if stay exceeds 7 days. The property has daily cleaning and on demand you can have extra services, paid extra 10€ p/ hour. |

Villa Azeitão II has private pool and terrace paved with terracotta tiles, outdoor tables and chairs.
Coast/Beach
To the west of the town is the famous Portinho da Arrábida, a large cove type beach facing south and protected from the north winds by a 300 metres high slope. Half way up this slope set in the deserted natural greenery is a solitary 16th Century Franciscan Monastery enjoying what must be one of the most beautifully restful views in Europe.
Golf
Here are almost 7 golf courses but the most interesting are: 1-Quinta do Peru is located 5 minutes drive from the property. This course has supposedly been designed for amateur players but at the same time making part of the going even demanding for some professionals.
2- Golfe do Montado. This course is surrounded by vineyards and is laid out on slightly undulating terrain covered with oak trees. Generous wide fairways beckon the player to its greens, most of which are elevated. The par-3 hole on the eighth claims for an interesting challenge.3- Troia course is located some 12 kms south of Azeitão on a peninsular. Arriving to Setubal port a ferry will take then you across the estuary to the peninsular and the course.
The holes are laid out on the dunes whilst magnificent pinewoods line most of the fairways on the inland side. Whilst playing the player has charming views across the sand to the magnificent blue Atlantic.
Travel
In the area of Azeitão the use of car is essential. Outside of the towns there is limited means of transport available. Taxis are the main source of travelling from one location to another. In urban areas they charge according to the taximeter. Outside these areas the charge is per kilometre and this includes the cost of the drivers return trip. All taxis drivers have in their possession their printed rates in two languages. From Lisbon airport to Azeitão you take 30 minutes drive.
Distances
Lisbon is an easy drive (40 km), the beaches of the Troia peninsula are nearby (you drive 10 km to Setubal and you take a ferry boat), and the local “Jose Maria da Fonseca” wine cellars are well worth a peek.(just where the house is located). The cove of Portinho da Arrabida with enchanted views and wonderful beaches is 15 minutes drive (12 km).
Further details
In Azeitão are the Quinta do Bacalhau and the Quinta das Torres, both from the 16th Century and both full of charm and history. The first is famous for its wine and the second for its hospitality and for his restaurant. Notably in the same area are the famous Wine Cellars of José Maria de Fonseca where wine proofs are recommended.
