Welcome to Villa Saromani! This magnificent villa is set in Albufeira which was once a small fishing community and is now a bustling town. The villa is situated in the North East of Albufeira and in close proximity to two excellent beaches and walking distance to the famous ‘strip’ with its restaurants, bars, shops and bustling nightlife. Based here you can drive to the old fishing town of Albufeira, relax in the golden sands of Oura Beach or indulge in a game of golf in the world renowned Balaia course. You can also test your skills in tennis at the tennis club close-by or relax in the nearby spa. This spacious and elegant villa has easy access with ample car parking facility (to park upto 5 cars).

Changeover day
Preferably Saturday but flexible. Check out time 10am. Check in time 4pm. This is to help in preparing this huge villa for the next customer.

Suitable for children. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the villa. Safe locker (number lock). First Aid kit available. Being refurbished by the new owners.
For a smaller group we will consider proportional reduction in the cost of the villa.

Accessibility
Sorry, at present not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Spacious covered area with barbeque, bread oven and a dining table. Shoe shaped private pool with solarium. The pool consists of a shallow and deep end - not suitable for diving. The garden has plenty of orange, apple and pomegranate trees. The mature trees can support a hammock for relaxing in the shade. Landscaped garden at the front and both sides of the villa. There is enough space for outdoor games like shuttle/badminton
Coast/Beach
Oura beach is 2km. Santa Eulalia beach 2.5km - less crowded and with ample parking. There are other beutiful beaches which are a short drive away.
Golf
Balaia Golf Village short walk away. Salgados Golf Club short drive. Sheraton Pine Cliffs short drive.
Travel
Faro airport 30km - driving time 45 min. Car recommended.
Distances
The famous 'Strip' is 500m away. Bull ring 250m. Montechoro Club 200m. Albufeira old town 3km. Supermarket 1km. Mini-market 200m. Modelo departmental store 2km. Restaurants - Indian, Chinese, Italian, McDonalds 5-10 min walk.

Booking notes
25% deposit (non-refundable) at the time of booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date. For bookings that are less than 6 weeks from the date of arrival, full amount to be paid at the time of booking.
