A good central location for all attractions there are 2 water parks within 5 minutes drive and golf courses all around, with one (Silves) just 5 minutes down the road. The swimming pool, with a shaded bar including fridge and luxury ratan seating area has Wi-Fi available - sit by the pool and collect your emails or surf the web - free!, it is yours to enjoy boasting a private terrace with stunning views across the valley into Lagoa with a fenced in garden area, BBQ island and outside kitchen area with sink and a large Wooden table and benches on a grass area, shaded by a large Parasol.

Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, wash basin, bidet - And make-up stand with mirror. Washing machine with wall cupboard above for washing powder etc.
Kitchen: Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery, Oak dining table and chairs.
Living Rooms: Large double sofa bed, small 2 seater sofa, large coffee table, 32" LCD TV with Satellite (UK channels) and DVD player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Clean towels and linen are included and the property will be cleaned at the end of each week when the towels and linen will be changed. If you do not require a maid service once a week please let me know.

Notes on accommodation
Attached to the cottage (by very thick soundproof walls) is the owners house (a converted barn). At the rear of the cottage is a private fenced in garden area with wooden table, chairs and BBQ for your sole use.

Accessibility
The cottage is all on one level with the exception of the bathroom which is down three steps. To access the swimming pool, walk 5 meters across the front of the property by the parking area and down 6 steps!

Outside
After driving up a long country dirt track you enter the property through remote controled electric gates into a large secure driveway and parking area. Attached to the cottage (by very thick soundproof walls) is the owners house (a converted barn). The front garden area is large and fenced in, with a large 10m x 5m swimming pool, this area has a gate which can be bolted shut out of childrens reach, should you wish to keep them away from the pool. Here there is a shower and sun loungers. A shaded bar & stools with fridge and seating area & luxurious Ratan cushioned armchairs, 3 seater soafa and coffee table, Wi-Fi is available here! There is also a large wooden table with 2 benches and a traditional charcoal BBQ Island and outside kitchen area with sink etc. There is also a private garden at the rear of the cottage with BBQ, wooden table and chairs, umbrella etc.

Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro beach is a 10 minute drive. You may well have already seen the very pretty town beach at Carvoeiro which is often featured in holiday brochures. The Algarve is famous for its beaches and coastline and it is still possible to find a quiet stretch of beach just a short drive from your accommodation.

Golf
There are golf courses all around, the new Silves course just 5 minutes down the road.

Special interest holidays
It is possible to arrange Skydiving where you land on the beach and go for a beer (depending on availability) and Helicopter Lessons or rides. Also bike hire and horse rides are all available upon request. The water parks are all around with ZooMarine and Crazy World within about 15 mins drive.

Travel
Faro airport is 40 minutes drive from here and a car is essential, there is not much within walking distance!

Distances
Lagoa is the nearest town, just a few minutes drive. Then you have Silves which is less than 10 minutes drive and Carvoeiro (beach) which is also about 10 minutes. A car is essential here!

Further details
Lagoa has many banks with ATMs, bars, restaurants, shops and there are 4 supermarkets there too. All you need is close by. There is a full gymnasium in Lagoa just a coupe of minutes down the road, they charge about 10 euros per day or there is a reduced rate short term membership! If you want further details I will be pleased to find out for you.
