This new apartment (approx 2000sqf) has a private terrace with built-in BBQ and views over towards the town or sea with outdoor furniture. The lovely spacious pool area is well equipped with sun loungers, there is a large shared pool in the centre of the terrace and a smaller children’s pool and there are covered cabana style areas. The apartment is situated between the marina and the golden sands of Meia Praia. The marina which is a 5 minute walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, café, shopping and markets. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety with a variety of water sport activities available. Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. This is the first rental season for this apartment.

Master bedroom has a king size double bed and en-suite.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have two single beds.
All bedrooms have a balcony, built-in wardrobe and electronic shutters. The En-suite to the master bedroom is fitted with a Jacuzzi bath and shower facility, basin, bidet, toilet and towel rail. The main Bathroom with a bath and shower facility, basin, bidet, toilet and towel rail. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, boiler, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (and its own balcony). Crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided. The spacious and very large living room is open plan with comfortable seating and dining area, opening onto the sun terrace for sunbathing and dining. Satellite TV, DVD and CD player are available. Quality Egyptian cotton bed linen has bee provided in all Bedrooms. Cot available upon request.

The Villa is beside the Dunas Do Mar apartment complex. Master bedroom has a king size double bed, en-suite and very large balcony with views over the lagoon and beach. Accessibility
The apartment is on the 3rd level and is serviced by an elevator as well as the stairs. The apartment is spaciously laid out on a single level with a balcony accessible from every room (bathrooms excluded). The development complex has 28 apartments and is self contained with in-door parking on the ground level, accessed via electric door.

Outside
Car not essential but there is a secure car park. The apartment’s large sun facing terrace provides the perfect place for relaxation, sunbathing and dining. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool within the development as well as offering a panoramic view of the sea, laguna, yachts in the marina and the town centre. The terrace also has outdoor dining furniture to make the most of the view and sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing. The swimming pool is exclusive to the development, measuring 15x8m and providing ample surrounding space for sun bathing. There is also a children’s pool and shower facility.

Coast/Beach
For beach lovers, Lagos is the perfect destination. In addition to the 6km long Meia Praia beach in Lagos, Praia de Dona Ana can be reached within 30 minutes walk from the town centre, protected by surrounding cliffs and accessible via stairway. You can also find other sheltered beaches with sandy covers, caves, rocks and crystal clear waters within the area.

Golf
Palmares golf course is located just 5km from Lagos town centre and boasts some of the best scenery in the Western Algarve with views of Atlantic Ocean and coastline, Lagos bay and in the other direction, the Monchique mountains. The golf course offers 18 holes with a par 71 and has a clubhouse terrace overlooking the course. Other golf courses close by includes the famous Penina championship course set in a picturesque 360 acre estate, and the Boavista championship golf course.

Travel
Lagos is under 1 hour drive from Faro airport, primarily via motorway. The apartment has secure in-door parking space for one car. Lagos has a train station which is a few minutes walking distance from the apartment. Trains run along the South coast between Faro and Lagos.

Distances
Meia Praia beach and the marina are 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Various cafes/restaurants are located along the beach as well as sun loungers, sun umbrellas, windsurfing and sailing schools. Lagos is under 1 hour drive from Faro airport or you can catch a train to just a few minutes from the apartment. The town centre is less than 15 minutes walk. The nearest supermarket is a couple of minutes by car. Numerous golf courses are accessible in under a 30 minute drive.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the remainder is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to your required arrival date, the full amount will be required upfront. In addition, a deposit of £400/550 euro is required along with the final payment which will be returned within 2 weeks of returning keys providing there is no damage to the property or its contents.
