The 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the edge of Tavira in the East of the Algarve. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The finishings are very nice throughout the whole apartment. The living/dining room is very large and gives access to two balconies. In the living there is a fireplace which makes winter stays very nice. The apartment is on the second floor. On the roof (fourth floor) the apartment gives access to a private large sun terrace. On the terrace everything to sunbath, have dinner etc is provided very nice views!

A 50% deposit is required upon reservation and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A security/breakage deposit of 100 euro is payable to the hostess upon arrival which will returned after inspection.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, hob, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. A patio door gives access to a balcony with table, chairs and barbeque.
Living Rooms: Large Living room with dining area. Big satellite TV with Dutch, English, German and French etc. channels. DVD player. Access to the large balcony.
Other: Central vacuum cleaning system throughout the apartment. Videophone entry from entrance lobby.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are changed weekly. Guests need to use their own beach towels. Property is cleaned before arrival. Extra cleaning during stay can be provided on request.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access from underground garage to apartment by elevator. No thresholds anywhere. Access to the roof terrace via one flight of stairs.

Outside
The sun terrace is fully equipped with outside furnishing, sun umbrella, sunloungers, large round table, barbeque and sink area with tap. Nice views overlooking Tavira, sea and mountains.

Coast/Beach
The beach of Tavira is the popular ile of Tavira, from the centre of the Tavira a boat can take you to the beaches. A few km from Tavira you can go to Manta Rota Beach. Here a stretch of 25 km blue flag beaches starts and runs all the way to Vila real de Sto Antonio.....the border of Spain.

Golf
The East of the Algarve has many golf courses. Closest golf course is Benamor Golf course at Cabanas Tavira. Just a few km from the apartment you will also find Quinta da Cima and Quinta da Ria. Castro Marim, Quinta do Vale and Monte Rei are a little further away.

Travel
The nearest airport is Faro (25 km). Sevilla in Spain is about 150 km from where you can travel to Tavira by luxury buses. It is recommended to rent a car.

Distances
Our apartment is situated in the outskirts of Tavira, the centre of the town is 15 minutes walking. The Spanish border is 25 km.

Booking notes
When booking a deposit of 50% will be asked. 8 weeks before arrival the full balance will be due.

Prices are based on maximum 4 persons a week.
