It is located in the quiet village of Palhais, which adjoins Ribamar and in easy reach of the resort of Ericeira on the Atlantic Ocean. The beaches and scenery are spectacular, and you will be ideally placed for other attractions.

We can discuss our rates for multiple week and early bookings. We can also be flexible where possible on the changeover day.
Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Sunday, however, we will try to be as flexible as possible.

The property will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Linen and bathroom towels are provided. Additional cleaning, change of linen, etc may be available by prior arrangement and with an additional charge . |
Notes on accommodation
The property has under floor heating which can be controlled room by room, during cooler months. Rear steps provided access from the balcony outside the kitchen can be used to reach the pool area.
Outside
At the rear of the property, you will find the 8m x 3m pool, poolside shower, 8 sunbeds, and a barbecue with roof. This area is will lit for evening relaxing.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach - Ribeira d'Illhas- is only 10 minutes walk away. The area as a whole has a number of spectacular beaches from Lizandro ans Sao Juiao south of Ericeira, the north, south and fisherman's beaches close to Ericeira. Whilst Ribeira d'Illhas and San Lourenco noth of Ericeira. They are all within 20 minutes drive of the villa.
Golf
The Lisbon area, from south of the Tejo River, and north to Peniche, is well served by excellent golf courses. We can help you book your tee times if required.
Travel
Libon Airport is 40 minutes drive from the villa, which is easily accessible through new motorway links. Car hire is essential, and readily available from Lisbon Airport. But shop around, prices can vary. We can help you book your hire car if required. Lisbon Airport is now a destination for a number of scheduled and low-cost airlines. Ryanair fly in to Porto. We can also help with your flights.

1km to Ribamar, with its local services.
5km to the resort of Ericeira, with its traditional architecture, narrow cobbled streets, bars and restaurants.
10km to Mafra.
30km to Sintra.
40km to Lisbon and Cascais and Estoril.
Further details
In Ribamar, you will find a supermarket, bakery, and butcher. Various cafes, bars and restaurants can also be found. South to Ericeira, you will be well served by a wider range of facilities, as you will in Mafra.
