This apartment is situated right on the beachfront, next to the long promenade with all the restaurants, shops and cafes. The local fish market is just a 5 minute walk away. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. It had a major refurbishment in the summer of 2007. It’s fully furnished, benefiting from luxury fitted kitchen, granite worktops, air-conditioning, TV, washing machines, south facing balcony with table and chairs and access to a wonderful roof terrace with stunning views over Quarteira to Vilamoura. The apartment has two double bedrooms and single room with a pullout bed, easily sleeping 6. Ideally suited to families, professionals, couples and golfers.

Changeover day
We try and be as flexible as we can with changeover and departure times, except in peak season where you need to depart by 10.00am and arrive after 4.00pm.

All linen, bath towels and hand towels are included. However please bring your own beach towels. Maid cleaning service is available but is chargeable. |
Accessibility
This property is based on the 3rd floor, which is why we have such great views of the beach. However, there is not yet a lift in the apartment block, so you need to be able to walk three flights of stairs. We have several couples in the 70's re-booking this year, but they're quite fit.
Outside
The balcony has a small table and two chairs, from which to enjoy the view and the sound of the sea. There is also a balcony light, if you like to eat outside in the evening.
Coast/Beach
This apartment is front-line! It's the closest you can live to the beach in Quarteira. You can often hear the waves crashing. You're on the beach with 30 - 40 yards of the property. One of the other main benefits of this apartment, is that you live right next to the wonderful pedestrian promenade in Quarteira. It runs for nearly a mile along the edge of the beach. It's where many of the locals and tourists stroll, eat and take in the fresh air.
Golf
The apartment is based in the centre of Quarteira. Within a 10 minute drive you can be enjoying some of the best golf courses in the Algarve including Vila Sol and the Millennium. In the evening you don't have to worry about driving. You can just step out of the apartment and you can enjoy a whole array of bars and restaurants.
Travel
Faro Airport is 25 minutes in a taxi from the apartment in central Quarteira.
Distances
Vilamoura and it's famous marina is just one mile along the beach.
Booking notes
Should you wish to book the apartment, we would require a £150 deposit to secure it. Then payment in full two weeks before you depart. You'll be greeted by our property manager who will show you around the property. She'll require a damage deposit, that will be returned upon you leaving.
