A sliding glass door leads onto a large balcony with outside seating, sea view and sun all day.
Coast/Beach
Praia Da Rocha Beach is approximately 150 metres, or a 5 mins stroll from the apartment. A boardwalk stretches along its entire length providing a great selection of beach bar restaurants. At the end of the boardwalk you will find the Marina.
Golf
There are several golf courses close to Praia Da Rocha just a short drive away. The nearest are Alto Golf, Pinta Course and Penina Championship Golf.
Travel
Faro Airport 50km. Approx 45 mins drive. Transfers from/to airport available 60 euros each way.

Further details
The main boulevard Avenida Tomas Cabreira is a 3 minute stroll away. Here you will find shops, bars, clubs and restaurants.
Closer still is one of 2 very local supermarkets just 2 minutes away. Venture on to Praia Da Rocha beach and you will find everything you need to worship the sun. Sun loungers, sun shades, beach bars. There are also plenty of other activities available. Swimming, diving, wind surfing, jetski, parascending, fishing, deep sea fishing, sailing, boat or cruiser charter, boat trips, cycling, tennis, horse riding and some great walks along the cliffs. There is also a casino.

Booking notes
Minimum stay 3 days. Method of payment - Bank Transfer or PayPal
To make a booking we request a 50% deposit. The final balance is due 6 weeks before the arrival date.
Bookings less than 6 weeks before arrival, 100% payable at time of booking.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival date, full refund.
Less than 6 weeks before arrival date, 50% refunded.
Less than 4 weeks before arrival date, no refund.
A 100 euros refundable security deposit is also payable upon payment of final
