Changeover day
Negotiable. The apartment will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and be vacated by 11 noon on the day of departure. Special requests may be accommodated.

| Bathrooms: | There are 2 bathrooms, 1 is en suite to bedroom 1 and features bath, wash hand basin, wc and bidet. The second bathroom features shower, wc and wash hand basin. |
| Kitchen: | The luxury kitchen is fitted with Siemens appliances: cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Full range of utensils, cutlery and crockery. |

Linen and towels are changed weekly with the room-maid service. Further changes can be provided at additional cost. Towels must remain within the apartment and guests are advised to bring beach towels with them. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning, has lift access and is suitable for all ages including families with children. The complex has a separate children's play area and pool beside the snackbar and mini golf.
Cots and highchairs can be provided at request for a small charge.
Accessibility
Entrance to the block is by ramped doorway into the lobby which is serviced by a lift to your floor.
Outside
Landscaped gardens, children's play area and snack bar/restaurant and minigolf. Shared pool, balcony with patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
The complex is 10 mins walk to the nearest beach at Praia Oura, but there are many euro blue flag beaches along the coast for you to visit.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Balaia which is just 10 minutes away. This can be played as a 9 or 18 hole layout and all equipment can be hired. There are 22 courses within a 20 minute drive including Villamoura.
Travel
Travel is accessible from most UK airports through a number of no frills airlines such as Easyjet, Aerlingus and Ryanair etc. The apartment is approx 30 mins drive from Faro airport. Transfers can be arranged upon request.
Distances
The apartment is approx 5 mins walk to the main strip that includes plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. The historic old town is a further 10 mins walk and also has plenty going on in the old cobbled streets.
Further details
The Algarve has something for everyone. Theme parks, horse riding, water sports, excursions can all be booked on site. There are plenty of banks and cashpoints near the complex. Taxis are situated nearby if you want to journey further afield.
Booking notes
Once you have checked the availability calendar, a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total secures booking (minimum £200) with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to travel. A security deposit of £150 is required with the payment of the balance, which will be refunded upon inspection. Please contact owner for payment arrangements.

Our family had a wonderful stay in your beautiful apartment.The apartment itself was outstanding-safe,clean quiet,modern and comfortable, not to mention very spacious.The location is great as you have easy access to Santa Eulalia,the strip and the old town,with the pool and restaurant across the road.We thoroughly enjoyed our break and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Albufeira.Many thanks June 2010-Mc Hale Family.

We visited this lovely apt on holiday in may 2011,and found it to be very spacious and comfortable.It is very nicely furnished with all mod cons that you would require,it is very central.The apt site is quite new and has other amenities available on site,swimming pool,crazy golf,snack bar etc.I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday apt.

We purchased the apartment on our first visit to portugal after viewing numerous other properties in the region,we love the fact that it is so close to everything for ourselves and 2 teenage children,also the high spec of the apartment was something we hadnt seen in other apartments we viewed.The apartment really is a home from home and we get over to visit as much as we possibly can.
