One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi. Both bedrooms and living room with kitchen are open to a great balcony. It has air-conditioning, garage and 24 hours security. Accessibility
There is lift access to all apartments but there is also a staircase is preferred.
Outside
There is 7 outdoor swimming pools including one children's pool private changing facilities, showers and toilets and poolside showers. There are loungers around the pools with bar. There is one indoor heated swimming pool (opening July/August 2008).
There are a lot of gardens with palm trees and olive trees.
Coast/Beach
The complex is located on Salgados Beach. From the apartment to the beach is 5 minutes walk. There is many other beaches around, you can visit them driving only 10 minutes.
Golf
Adjacent 18 hole golf course. Club house with restaurant, snack bar and shop only 5 minutes walking. The golf course is close to the Salgados Beach and it has several lagoons with flamingos and ducks.
Travel
The complex is 30 minutes to Faro airport and 2 hours to the capital of Portugal, Lisbon. Car hire is recommended but there is supermarket (10 min. walking) and restaurants around the complex. You can go walking.
Distances
The complex is 10 minutes driving from Albufeira downtown and from Guia, with many restaurants of typical chicken. Also Algarve Shopping Mall is 10 minutes drive. Big One (a big slide swimming pool) and Zoo-marine (with dolphins) is 15 minutes drive.

24 hours private security. Underground car parking.
Booking notes
25% deposit at time of booking and full payment 6 weeks before start date. Due to the high standards of the apartment further £400 is taken as security to cover any damage, although this should be refunded within 10 days in full as we expect occupants to treat the property with maximum respect.
