Direct access to pools, air-conditioned with satellite TV, and balcony to each bedroom, lounge and dining area where you can sit in the sun from noon to sunset. If you want a relaxing holiday or an action-packed family one this is the ideal venue. Many restaurants within a short walking distance, or if you'd rather stay in there's a cocktail bar in the complex. Numerous golden, sandy beaches within a few minutes drive, also activities ranging from swimming with dolphins to carting are within a short drive. Nearby Guia also has over 20 restaurants to choose from and activities can be booked, cars can be hired and information obtained from the friendly reception area as well as dealing with any questions you may have. Stroll down rural lanes through the orchards, or walk along the beach from Gale to Armacao de Pera where you can dine in one of the varied and excellent restaurants (from Portuguese to Chinese and Indian!) And of course, there's a variety of water sports.

We recommend Monday, since flights tend to be cheaper, but can be flexible.

| Bedrooms: |
1 double and 1 twin bedroom but can be made up as twins if required. Both are air-conditioned and have ample fitted wardrobes and each has an adjacent bathroom. Sliding doors onto the balcony have electric shutters for total privacy. |
| Bathrooms: |
1 bathroom has is fitted with a bath with shower over and the other has a free-standing shower. Each has a wc, of course, and a bidet. |
| Kitchen: |
The fitted kitchen has a door onto the balcony dining area and views across fields and orchards to the sea. Equipment includes hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, illuminated extract canopy, fridge, washing machine, iron and board. |
| Living Rooms: |
The lounge/dining room has air-con, satellite TV, sofa-bed, sliding patio doors to the balcony which are fitted with electric shutters which can be closed for total blackout or set to let in a little light or ventilation if air-con is not your thing! |

In the hall is a cupboard where you can store your paraphernalia, and on the landing outside, a lift down to the private basement garage where there are 2 car parking spaces allocated for the apartment. |
Cleaning/towels/

The apartment is cleaned daily, linen is changed once per week and towels twice per week. |
Notes on accommodation
There is a shallow pool suitable for very young children. A lift from the basement parking area is close to the apartment so push-chairs are not a problem.

Accessibility
The lift can accommodate a wheelchair to poolside or car park.
Outside
There are gardens with palm tree lined walkways surrounding the secluded swimming pools and the poolside bar is well stocked with drinks and serves snacks all year round. Or you can sit on your apartments own sunny balcony with a glass of something and watch the evening sun go down.
Coast/Beach
Gale and Salgados beaches 3-5 mins drive/20 mins walk. There are approximately 20 other lovely beaches between 5 and 15 mins drive or you can walk on the beach to many of them. Most have a beach bar/restaurant to refresh yourself when you get there! Beaches: Gale, Salgados, Armacao da Parra, Coelho, Castello, Falesia and many, many more.
Golf
Penina 20 min.
Pestana 20 min.
Vilamoura courses 20 min.
Vale de Lobo/Quinta do Lago 30 min.
Salgados Golf Course 5 minutes drive.
Travel
Faro airport is within 30 mins drive. It is not essential to hire a car to enjoy a wonderful holiday as there is a regular bus service to towns and beaches. Reception offers excursions to a variety of places of interest or fun.
Distances
Visit fascinating towns like Silves, Alte, Monchique Hills etc, etc within 30 mins drive. The Algarvian town of Guia is only 5 minutes away with its 20+ restaurants and of course it's the home of chicken piri-piri. Old and new town Albufeira is only 10 mins drive away on a regular bus route or cabs are also inexpensive and plentiful.
Further details
There is a carting track at Almancil (30 mins).
20 mins - Slide and Splash water park (or by private free bus).
Mini-market 50 mtrs, number of good restaurants and cafes very close.
Within 10 mins drive Zoomarine (similar to Seaworld) or private free bus - swim with dolphins, seal and dolphin shows, theme park.
You can horse ride, hire bikes, walk, visit the famous sand sculpture displays, indulge in water sports. Reception should be able to answer most of your queries but the owners are resident in Portugal and would be pleased to assist should you have questions about places to go or offer advice if required.
