This comfortably spacious and attractive 2-bedroomed apartment is fully furnished and is set in a lovely newly built resort. It is beside all the amenities which include indoor pool and Jacuzzi, outdoor pools, snack bar, tennis courts and children's play area - there is secure access for owners/rental guests to these facilities. There are several good restaurants locally, some only a short walk away. Oasis Parque is conveniently located close to shops and is just 5 mins from the motorway giving access to all major routes. It is situated near the large town of Portimao and also just 7km away is the lovely fishing village of Alvor with its great variety of excellent restaurants. The beaches are just a 5 mins drive away the nearest being Praia Do Vau. There are several World Championship golf courses close by.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment has portable heaters for the winter months and fans for the summer months, we find that the apartment is quite cool in the summer and air con isn't needed.

The outside back garden and patio area has table and chairs and small private grassed area. There is a large outdoor shared pool.

Coast/Beach
Oasis Parque is about 5km away from the sandy beaches of Praia Da Rocha, Vau and then Alvor. The beaches are safe and clean and ideal for all the family with the available watersports and boogie boarding! Surfing is also very popular with many excellent beaches along the south and west coast.

Golf
As one of Europe's best golfing destinations with a growing number of courses the choice is fabulous. There are at least four courses in the close proximity, Penina, Palmares, Alto (located between Praia do Vau and Alvor) and Pinta. Boavista Resort, is the newest course and is just 20 minutes drive away. Boavista Golf course is an impressive 18 hole Championship Golf Course. The Golf Club offers excellent facilities in a sophisticated surrounding and is must do if you enjoy your golf!

Lagos Town 10km. Porimao centre 5km.Praia Da Rocha Beach 5km. Alvor village 7km. Golf courses from 2km to 20km.Well-stocked supermarket, smaller supermarkets, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. There is a new Retail Park within walking distance with a variety of stores, including a big Continent supermarket and several restaurants. Portimao and Alvor are less then 10 mins drive away, the historic towns of Silves, Lagos and Monchique are all within easy driving distance.

Further details
The city of Portimão, the beach resort Praia da Rocha, and the nature reserve Ria de Alvor are the most well known places of an Algarve region quite unique in its diversity.
Summertime is clearly the busiest time of the year, reaching a climax in August with a popular annual event: the sardine festival. The mild climate of the Algarve, and many sunny winter days attract a multinational crowd in all seasons, exploring the regional markets, visiting historical sites, strolling along the river boulevard or just sipping a drink in a garden bar.
On the first class golf courses in the region, golf can be played even in winter.
Warm seawaters and gorgeous rock formations make the beaches in the Algarve particularly alluring, Praia da Rocha - next to Portimão - presents itself as a cosmopolitan beach resort where you can join a wide range of activities, dine in one of the many excellent national and international restaurants and afterward enjoy the vibrant nightlife for which the Algarve is famous.
Safaris by jeep, mountain biking, horse riding or walking can take you along back roads and trails trough the bio-park Monchique where abundant flora and spectacular views await you. Go in the opposite direction and follow the call of the sea. Boats are available in the modern Portimão Marina or on the boulevard along the river for inshore and big game fishing. They will also take you out to the caves along the Algarvian coast, dolphin spotting at Ponta da Piedade, or on a scenic trip upriver from Portimão to the historical town of Silves.
The nature reserve Ria de Alvor provides shelter for numerous birds and passerine migrants and is an ideal place for birdwatching.

A 25% deposit is requested to secure your booking then 8 weeks prior to your arrival the remainder of the balance will be due. A 75 euros security deposit is required also at time of arrival but will be returned on departure.
