The condominium has urbanised areas, with paved roads, gardens and squares. The centre club built in 2007 boasts a sauna, Turkish bath and gym. There is also a tennis court and a multisports field. The spacious common room with bar is the ideal place to socialise.
Coast/Beach
Also has great access to some fantastic beaches, water sports, golf and the stunning Sintra-Cascais Natural Park – a UNESCO World Heritage site for its natural beauty and cultural interest. The Estoril Coast stretches along the beautiful west coast from Lisbon. Along the coast lie an abundance of sandy blue flag beaches.

About 200 yards from Manique village, you will find a bank, bakery, pharmacy and a few small local shops.
The apartment is located close to the centre of Cascais (5 - 10 min by car) which boasts a vibrant nightlive, shopping centres and charming shopping streets.
Booking notes
Minimum Stay:Low/medium season 5 nights. High season July and August 1 week. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Balance of 70% required to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Check in after 4pm and check out before 11am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day. For longer stays than 14 days a 10% reduction will be applied, 20% when longer than a month.
