It has been totally refurbished for this season and now has the benefit of air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living room. The kitchen has been totally refitted and both bathroom and shower room refurbished to a high standard. The villa is set in a quiet part of the highly commended development of Quinta Doa Alamos. It's a 5 minute walk into the village of Guia where you can find many shops, restaurants, banks, chemist, supermarkets etc. There are many attractions within a 15 minute drive, including Long sandy beaches, Zoomarine (keep the kids happy), Golf at the nearby Salagos course (keep dad happy), Algarve shopping centre with some International fashion shops (keep Mum happy), Albufiera with its vibrant night life (keep every body happy).

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and euros. Pool heating is available at an additional 130 euros / £100 per week. A welcome pack (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, ham, cheese, wine etc) available for a cost of 15 euros / £11.50.
Changeover day
Generally Saturday or Thursday but we can be flexible on this particularly off season. The Villa is available for use by 3pm on the day of arrival. On departure days you are requested to vacate the villa by 10am.

Accessibility
Whilst not specifically designed for disabled use the property is all on one level and is ideally suited to any one who has limited mobility.
Outside
Private 10x5m pool (heated as optional extra) large patio area, 4 sun loungers, table and chairs for six people, Large BBQ and private garden.
Coast/Beach
Within a 10 minute drive you can be walking along the unspoiled sandy beaches of the Algarve, or sitting in one of the many beach restaurants eating superb food and sipping chilled wine and soaking up the summer sun. Cruises/Dolphin watching along the coast are available from Vilamoura and Lagos, and big game fishing is available from Portimao and Villamoura.
Golf
Salagos course is only 5 minute drive away and many of the other famous Algarve courses are less than 20 min drive, making this an ideally situated property for the Golfing fan.
Travel
Faro airport is approx 30 min drive, the train station for travel to Lisbon and Spain is only 10 min away. We recommend you hire a car to obtain the best from your holiday in our villa.
Distances
The village of Guia is a 5 min walk from the villa, and is well situated in the centre of the Algarve to allow you to travel to Sagres the most Westerly part of the Algarve, or to Spain in approx 1 hour driving time. Albufiera with its bars and Nightlife is only a 10min drive or taxi ride.
Further details
In the village of Guia you will find restaurants, bars, cafes, chemist, banks, supermarkets, clinic and selection of shops. Nearby is Zoo marine park, the Algarve shopping centre is just outside the village where you can find many well known fashion shops, a large food court, cinemas,ten pin bowling and a choice of restaurants and fast food outlets. Adjacent to this facility is the well known Adegar de Cantor which produces the Vida Nova wine produced by Sir Cliff Richards, who owns a Villa on the outskirts of Guia.
