A concierge service on site will look after your needs including, baby sitting, taxis, booking tickets for trips, restaurants, golf, car rental. Both are air-con/heated and furnished to a very high standard with large living rooms and spacious sunny balconies. The 2 pools attached to the apartment block allow for easy supervision of children. For added security they have key pad/video entry system.

Flexible. Departure time 1I am. Arrival time 3pm. We will be as flexible as possible with times to suit guests requirements.
Notes on accommodation
Penthouse and ground floor apartments are located in the same block and are particularly suitable for group bookings, families, couples, golfers, young and old. Flooring in the hall, living room and bedrooms are Jatoba wood while the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms are marble. Both apartments are fully air-conditioned with heating. The large penthouse balcony is fitted with secure railings. Lifts are available to all floors with direct access from underground car park. There is a good selection of DVDs and CDs for everyone. Cots and high chairs can be provided, if requested. Sorry smoking and pets not permitted.
Accessibility
The ground floor apartment is particularly suitable for persons with disabilities, older persons and families with young children and has spacious front and rear terraces. The rear terrace leads to the gardens and pools. Direct access from both apartments to the swimming pools is within 10 meters. Lifts are available to all floors with direct access from the underground car park.
Outside
The complex is set in beautifully landscaped grounds and has a total of 8 swimming pools including children's pools within 4 separate gated apartment blocks. Both apartments are adjacent to and overlook the 2 swimming pools (Adults /children's) shared with this apartment block. The large terraces /balconies enjoy a sunny disposition and are furnished with designer rattan terrace furniture for 8 people. Relaxing over a cool drink or enjoying something to eat you can soak up the sun and take in the fantastic views of the protected green countryside, sea and pools. The complex offers security for families with young children. Each apartment block can only be accessed by the guests of that block and is controlled by key pad and video entry. Secure underground car parking is provided with direct lift access to your apartments.
Coast/Beach
With over 3000 hours of sunshine you can enjoy the many glorious long sandy beaches in Albufeira. These golden shores with dramatic cliffs and rock formations make this area a wonderful destination both in summer and winter. Many of the beaches have been awarded prestigious Blue Flags for their cleanliness. The nearest beach to the apartments is Santa Eulalia (approx 1km). It is a short walk away from apartment complex.
Golf
The Algarve is renowned for its pristine golf courses. There are 3 local golf courses a short drive away at Salgados (18 holes), Pine Cliffs (9 holes) Balaia Golf (9 holes). Some of the other top golf courses include Victoria, Millenium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport approx 35km away, 30-35 minutes drive. Car hire is available at the airport. Airport pick ups can be arranged, if requested. Taxis are also available at the airport. As the apartments are centrally located to many of the local attractions, car hire is not essential. If, however, you want to explore the Algarve further car hire is available at very reasonable rates. The local bus service is very efficient and reliable if you do not wish to drive.
Distances
Excellent location within Albufeira close to the Globe roundabout with easy access to the Algarve's towns, villages, beaches, attractions and world class golf courses. The Strip restaurants, bars, shops, bull ring 5 minute walk. Beach 10 minute walk. Nearest local golf course 10 minute drive. Old Town/Marina 15 minute walk. Algarve Shopping Centre with shops, restaurants cinemas, bowling 15 minute drive. Vilamoura/Marina 15 minute drive. Lisbon 2 hr drive by new motorway.

Some of the world's best and most beautiful beaches in the entire world are to be found here. Albufeira is regarded as the tourist capital of the Algarve offering good cuisine, shopping, local markets, nightlife and relaxation. The town itself offers an interesting contrast with its two distinct areas known as The Old Town with Marina, cobbled streets and newly refurbished square, and the well known 'Strip' with its many shops, restaurants, bars, bull ring and vibrant nightlife. All types of holiday activities can be enjoyed including golf, water sports, horse riding, fishing, go karting and hill walking. For those who enjoy sightseeing there are many places of interest including museums in Faro, children will love the science museum. Other favourite local attractions include zoomarine, Aqualand, Splash/Slide which are a short distance away.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required at time of booking for any accidental damage. Payment can be in UK pounds or Euros and paid either by bank transfer, cheque, Paypal. These apartments can be booked separately or together for larger groups. They are available all year round.
