Notes on accommodation
We have numerous child gates which make it very easy to create a 'child safe zone' in the house which is what we do with our 1.5 year old. Hot and cold air-con throughout except in the kitchen and utility. The wood burner in the lounge is wonderful in the winter.
Accessibility
As the house is on a sloping plot there are a number of steps that would make it NOT suitable for guests with special accessibility or mobility needs.
Outside
Own fully walled gardens with electric gates to drive way.
Top terrace has outside dining table and chairs to seat upto 10 easily. Gas BBQ and built in Charcoal BBQ. 2 sun loungers and alcove seating for 8.
Gardens are to grass, fruit & olive trees and flowers. Automated irrigation system to the outside.
Lower terrace area private swimming pool with heating if required (approx 12 mtrs long). Large patio with table and chairs, 6 sun loungers, various sun parasols.
Pool Cabana which has an outside Kitchen area with fridge, built in BBQ and water. There is also a toilet, shower and changing room in the Cabana. Outside shower also.
Full size hard tennis court.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are within 15-20 minutes depending. There are fabulous beaches all down the Algarve which can just about all be reached within 40 minutes
Golf
The golf courses of Vilamoura are 10-15 minutes by car depending on which course you are going to. Vila Sol for example is less than 10 minutes.
Travel
Faro Airport is 17 minutes door to door. Car Hire is essential.
Distances
Loule is a couple of minutes literally, Vilamoura golf & marina are 15 minutes.
Further details
The Modello supermarket in Loule is a couple of minutes from the house and has everything you need. Algarve Shopping at Guia (about 30 mins on the motorway) is worth a visit. Faro Shooping In Faro, under 20 minutes.
Booking notes
20% deposit with booking which is non refunadable within 8 weeks of booking date. Balance due 12 weeks before booking date which is non-refundable. Refundable £600.00 security deposit due payment within 12 weeks before booking date. This will be re-paid to you within 2 clear weeks of end of booking.
