Notes on accommodation
Nice fireplace with fan and tubes to other rooms for chilly nights. Bedroom with double bed and bedroom with twin beds equiped with airconditioning for cooling and heating. Bedroom with bunk beds is not equiped with airconditioning but this room is at the cool side of the house (no sun exposure).

Outside
Nice terrace, with adjacent common lawn, from where you overlook the Ria Formosa natural park. See the birds on the tidal marsh and the fishing boats passing by.
Coast/Beach
Being our guest means you can use the facilities of the 4 star Cabanas Park hotel, this includes the use of the hotel boat(within walking distance) which will bring you to the beautiful sandy beach of Cabanas.
Golf
The Algarve is well known for its golf courses. At 5 minutes drive you will find Benamorgolf and close as well Quinta de Cima, Quinta de Ria, and Castro Marim Golf and Country Club. The latest development near by is Monte Rei. The new magnificent course of Monte Rei by Jack Nicklaus offers everything a player would expect from this international golfer and designer. The Monte Rei Golf Club is set in the picturesque foothills of the Eastern Algarve, with sweeping views of the Serra do Caldeirão mountains to the north and the Atlantic Ocean to the south.
In total you will find 33 golf courses on the Algarve.
Travel
Nearest airport is Faro, 30 minutes by car or taxi. At your wish we can arrange rental car ready at the airport. Another airport is Seville in Spain, 2.5 hour by car.
Distances
The historic town of Tavira is only 10 minutes by car, also reachable by bus or train. Tavira beaches are Tavira Island and Baril. Spanish boarder 20 minutes (Ayamonte), Faro 30 minutes, visit the old town or Forum Algarve (shopping mall with international retailers like ZARA). Lisbon 3.5 hours by car.
