The villa is available for Long Term Let at 1550 euros pcm plus bills for the villa and annex. The villa only is available at 1350 euros pcm.
Prices quoted are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts (up to £200) for 3 bedrooms instead of the 4 quoted. Electrical pool heating £100 per week (solar heating free). Long lets can be discounted, please ask. E&OE.

Notes on accommodation
If doors are kept shut in the summer the house stays very cool, air-con is not necessary. Child protection stair gates. Beautiful 2.5 acre landscaped garden.

Coast/Beach
15-20 mins drive to Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura and Quarteira beaches. 15 mins drive to Albufeira and Gale beaches. 25 minutes to Lagos and Sagres coasts, ideal for surfers.
Golf
15 minute drive to Vilamoura's impressive golf courses: Victoria, Millennium, Pinhal and the World class course Sao Lorenzo. Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago golf courses and Shopping are within easy reach.
Skiing
5 hours drive to Serra da Estrela.

Sao Bras de Alportel is a fast developing town with local art exhibitions and annual Easter festival. 5 minutes drive and has all local amenities, including supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bakery, fish market and a local museum.
Loule is a cosmpolitan town, combining historic Portugal with modern day living. It is the Algarve's second most populated town, and is renowned for its many festivals, street parties, and most especially, its Saturday market. It is populated with many shops, restaurants and pastelarias and has a good choice of supermarkets.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance with key deposit of £200 to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
