The large sandy Meia Praia beach is 10 min walk. Several golf courses nearby with the nearest, Palmares a 5 minute drive. The building has a secure video entry system and 24 hour security.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Apartment will be available from 14.00 on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure however we will try to accommodate any reasonable variations on these timings when possible.

Utility Room: External patio area separate from main sunbathing/dining area with clothes horse and pegs. Iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Beautifully furnished modern spacious lounge area with sofa bed converting to full size double bed. Dining table with 4 chairs. Flat screen LCD TV and DVD with Sky freeview package with most UK channels. Patio doors leading on to terrace. Air-con/heating
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen provided. Once a week cleaning service with towels changed midweek. Please note beach towels are not provided.

1 private underground car parking space is available. Lift available to the apartment directly from the car park. A smoke alarm is fitted in the apartment. A welcome information folder with maps is available in the apartment. Sorry no pets allowed.

Outside
The apartment has south facing balcony with table 4 chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers. It is a wonderful spot for sunbathing, dining or simply relaxing whilst watching the resident 2 black swans on the lake. A 30m pool with children's section and sun terraces is available complimentary for our guests at the 4 star Marina Club.

Coast/Beach
The beaches around Lagos are amongst the most beautiful on the Algarve with the closest - the large sandy Meia Praia being a 10 minute walk away. Another Dona Ana with it's sheltered coves is a mere 7 minutes drive.

Golf
There are several golf courses nearby. Palmares 5 minute drive
Boavista 10 minute drive. Parque de Floresta 20 minute drive. There is also Penina, Alto Golf, Carvoeiro Club, within easy reach.

Travel
Faro is 60 mins drive. Private or shared transfers are available from Faro - please ask for details if required. Car hire is not necessary due to the close proximity of town and beaches.

Distances
Within walking distance of the bus and train station. Large Supermarket Pingo Doce 2 mins walk. Shops, bars and restaurants of the marina 2 mins stroll. A 10 min walk to Lagos town centre with it's narrow cobbled streets. Lagos mixes traditional with modern with various cafes, bars restaurants and shops.

Further details
Several activities can be arranged from Lagos Marina including boat trips, Dolphin safaris, deep sea fishing, water parks, wind surfing, diving, motorboats.

Booking notes
30% deposit required with balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. £150 breakage deposit is required with the balance and will be returned within a week of departure from the property. This deposit will not be used against minor breakages of broken glassware or crockery.

Excellent holiday. Apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. A perfect location for both the Marina and the old town. What you see on the website is what you get and even better when you arrive. Would like to stay again next year.

We had the most wonderful week and the apartment is really lovely. It is so clean and obviously well loved. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Your apartment is stunning and the location is so picturesque. Inside you have everything you could possibly need and more including a beach parasol! The beaches were lovely and after a boat trip one afternoon, we found a cove that we had all to ourselves.

We had a fantastic holiday, Lagos is great. Your apartment is gorgeous and is in a great location, I'd definitely recommend it to others.
