The apartment has a front balcony with sea views and a secluded rear patio garden for the afternoon sun. To the rear of the property is the Parque Natural Costa Vicentina, a 50m walk through the pine trees at the rear of the property takes you to uninterrupted views of the National Park with its fabulous coastal walks to secluded beaches. Salema village has many small cafes, restaurants,shops and bars.

linen/maid service:
All pure cotton bed linen, hand and bath towels are included and are of the best quality. Beach towels are also provided. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels changed weekly. A welcome pack is included with all bookings.

Accessibility
The apartment is not suitable for the disabled, elderly or infirm. There is no wheelchair access as the apartment is on two floors. Children are welcome but not pets.

Outside
The balcony on the front has sea views and the morning sun. There is a secluded patio at the back of the apartment for the afternoon sun with patio table, chairs and sun loungers. A barbeque is provided for the use of guests. There is ample off road parking.

Coast/Beach
Salema beach is a maximum 10 minute walk. The beach has sun beds for hire and several beach bars and restaurants. At the rear of the property is the National Park with numerous walks down to secluded beaches.

Golf
Parque de Floresta golf course is 5 minutes away. Boavista golf 10 minutes. Palmares golf 20 minutes. Penina Folf is approximately 30 minutes.

Travel
We are a one hour drive from Faro Airport on the new motorway. We would consider that a car was essential, however there is a regular bus service from the village to the surrounding towns and to and from the airport.

Distances
Salema is 15kms west of Lagos and 15km east of Sagres. Nearby attractions are Portimao 30 minutes. Monchique 40 minutes. Lagos 15 minutes.

Further details
Salema is a traditional Portuguese fishing village with a safe sandy beach and several excellent bars and restaurants. There are a couple of small supermarkets in the village and a large supermarket in Budens which is 10 minutes drive. Local activities include surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking and off road motor biking.

Booking notes
We will require a deposit of 50% to secure the booking, the 50% balance will be required 4 weeks prior to your stay. The deposit will only be refunded up to 28 days prior of your booking. A £100 security deposit is required per booking and is refundable when our management company has assured us no damage has occurred.
