Other amenities include a fully heated pool cleaned with salt water system; roman steps and extensive terracing. Garden suitable for games such as badminton and the outdoor table tennis table will come in handy with the kids. Large selection of books. Security alarm, safe.

Notes on accommodation
Non-smoking and no pets.
Pool heating - if required - will be charged at £150 per week. The resort reception is open 24 hours providing check in/out, car hire, babysitting, cot and highchairs, general information, restaurant and taxi booking. The resort provides 24hr security with security guards. It is a very friendly resort. There are charity golf and other social, and seasonal events including Christmas/new year and Easter held throughout the year.
The Parque da Floresta is a all year round resort offering excellent amenities for all age groups and is suitable for a three generation holiday. The resort borders the Costa Vicentina Nature Reserve which provides excellent trails for mountain biking, walking and horse riding. Spring and Autumn are lovely times to visit with often great weather. We have had New Years days barbequeing on the beach with winter day temperatures usually between 14 and 18 degrees. Our villa is suitable for all year round rental.

Extensive manicured gardens, feature roman steps to large pool with underwater lighting, pool cover and outside shower area with considerable surround terracing. Garden overlooking golf course. Very private and southfacing.
Coast/Beach
Close to Salema, Boca do Rio and Figuira beaches - all within 3 kms. Other beaches nearby at Martinhal and Western coast, offering windsurfing, surfing schools. Banana boat and other high energy water rides at nearby Luz. Pretty historic Lagos is around 20 minutes drive.
Golf
Parque da Floresta 18 hole golf course - 40% discount off green fees. Other facilities include PGA Lessons, driving range, pro-shop, club hire and buggy hire.
Travel
Parque da Floresta is around 1 hour from Faro Airport and a 3 hour drive from Lisbon Airport.
Distances
Supermarket and petrol station located in Budens - Ecomarche - caters for all your needs and is situated right next to the resort, around 2kms away. Lagos provides great shopping, dinning, good bars and nightlife and a lovely marina about a 20 minute drive. Nearest ATM is at reception in PDF.

Loads of positives.....very comfortable, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, well stocked and equipped kitchen, with excellent bbq implements, etc. Lovely sunny rooms with fab selection of books and DVDs. The villa is in such a lovely peaceful location with stunning views. We have stayed at P da F quite a few times, and your villa was certainly the quietest and most peaceful....not overlooked, getting sun all day, etc. We hardly moved, apart from to play golf and venture down to Praia de Zavial a couple of times!
